The date range picker works with 2 fields but we only listen on the one that has the tip. If we change the field that doesn't have the tip the event "tip_consumed" is not triggered. So we need to listen on the 2 fields. This issue is not met before 13.3 but we fix it from 13.0 when daterangepicker was added.
