This test goes to the public homepage and directly logs a 'test succesful'. It's useless as many other tests use the public homepage and therefore, those tests will crash if the homepage is unavailable. Moreover, it happens to trigger random failures due to the fact that some RPC may occur between the cookies cleaning and the termination of the browser.
