currently if no data given to hr_org_chart it throws traceback because hr_org_chart template always expect that there will be managers and children key in qweb rendering context, always pass managers and children in qweb context if _getOrgData method returns nothing still hr_org_chart should be rendered and should not throw traceback task-2000269 closes odoo/odoo#34152 Signed-off-by: Yannick Tivisse (yti) <yti@odoo.com>
