jvm-odoo 28655ac9c3 [FIX] hr_attendance: fix last month worked hours

Issue

	- Attendances > Manager > Attendances
	- Create a line for any employee
		check-in 30/04/2020 12PM
		check out 01/05/2020 12PM
	- Go to Employees > the employee

	Last month worked hours = 0
	but it should be 12

Cause

	We only take into account records
	checked_out the previous month

Solution

	Rethink the whole method to
	take into account records
	checked_in last month and
	checked_out this month

	And adding timezone handling
