Stéphane Debauche 4d843de26b [FIX] web: fix nested o2m edition traceback ...

There's a traceback when we edit an activity on a campaign

  * Create a child activity
  * Save the activity (not the campaign)
  * Edit again the activity
  * -> Traceback

Introduced in a9cebd5
