One module with 2 chart of accounts: - psbo (local) - ias (ifrs rules) We added the VAT taxes with tax groups. Tags are already added for if we want to add the VAT report later. Closes #21402 closes odoo/odoo#32468 Signed-off-by: Quentin De Paoli (qdp) <qdp@openerp.com>
