Xavier Morel 44f7ccc100 [IMP] test_module_operations: logging configuration ...

- switch to `dictConfig` for easier bulk-manipulation of loggers
- set `unlink` and `ir_model` loggers to warning, to limit the
  humongous spam that is a normal uninstall session
