Not entirely sure about TestAllocationRights. For TestEsEdiCommon issue is quite obviously that it's inherited by tests which are external, so when the `post_install_l10n` tag gets applied those tests get run during "normal" l10n and they break. closes odoo/odoo#98814 Related: odoo/enterprise#30825 Signed-off-by: Xavier Morel (xmo) <xmo@odoo.com>
