Damien Bouvy 16f2a88396 [IMP] various: adapt to always edit mode ...

With the change to 'always edit' on form views by default, several
'oe_read_only' fields had to be modified to play nice with the fact
that in most cases, there is no read_only mode

closes odoo/odoo#101188
