TSO 236b0944ed [FIX] discuss: update SFU bundle to v1.1.0 (simulcast) ...

This commit adds the simulcast feature to calls when relayed by an odoo
SFU server, this allows for better bandwidth management by scaling down
resolution instead of losing packets.
