Vincent Larcin a116225e18 [IMP] hr_timesheet,project: take away Marc Demo's admin rights ...

Since 16.0, the demo user Marc Demo has gained admin access to all the apps.
To facilitate testing access rights, this commit restores his access rights
as they were before for the Services apps.
