Currently, an editable list view (`editable` set) makes its cells editable. However, if the attribute `edit=false` is set (from context key or from access right restriction. See _postprocess_access_rights method of `ir.ui.view` for more details), the list view should not be editable, but is still. This commit makes the 'editable' property of the listview checking the `edit` attribute and provides some tests.
