Pierre Masereel 5ce1b759ca [IMP] delivery: archive delivery carrier ...

Since the field active hase been removed from the form view of carrier
we were not able to archive it from there anymore.

So we've added back the 'active' field in invisible on the form view,
and also added a ribbon on archived records.
