Damien Bouvy 23d8ab5ec9 [FIX] rating: use t-att-value instead of t-esc to display textarea ...

When using t-esc, if the value is False/not set, the element is not
added to the DOM. Therefore the page asked for feedback but never
actually displayed a textarea input.

Using t-att-value simply prefills the input.
