Soukéina Bojabza 01c44e19f8 [IMP] website: add a tour testing the drag and drop with mobile order ...

Commit [1] improved the drag and drop to also consider elements having a
mobile order.

As a follow-up, this commit adds a tour testing the drag and drop flow
when moving mobile ordered columns.
