Commit https://github.com/odoo/odoo/commit/77402a4efc4c8b3fbb146dbef57dfbebae709017 modified the color palettes to use alpha, beta instead of primary and secondary in the color selection. Something was forgotten: changing the first (alpha) color did not regenerate the whole palette anymore.
