Antoine (anso) b9e1de0030 [FIX] web: fix o_x2m_control_panel's bottom margin ...

This commit sets the bottom margin of `.o_x2m_control_panel` at the
positive amount of the negative top margin of `.o_list_renderer` so
that the `.o_cp_pager` buttons are not cropped
