Test to bind save and discard buttons of an editable tree view are done only once when initializing it. But if the view is by default grouped at the beginning, it will be then "not editable" but only removing the groupby will change this. So this commit add a case so if the view is grouped when initialized, the buttons are always bound. closes #11198 opw-666794
