Brieuc-brd 55d416cd32 [IMP] website, *: remove some header templates ...

*: website_sale, website_sale_wishlist

This commit removes the following templates:
- template_header_image
- template_header_hamburger_full
- template_header_magazine

New templates were added by previous commits. Those old 3 do not have
an equivalent anymore and are simply removed.
