qdp-odoo 7049aac877 [FIX] account_check_printing: ir.actions.server state = 'code' where it deserves. 
As per https://github.com/odoo/odoo/commit/c56b7462214114079823c38d38de9f194757d20c, the default changed to 'object_write' but some server actions with code were left without specifying the state value to 'code'
