Jainik Patel 47e9e6918e [IMP] mass_mailing: 'A/B Testing percentage' field hidden if no Campaigns ...

When you install Mass Mailing,and go to the Options tab of the mailing,
there is an A/B Testing percentage field.
It is useless if Mass Mailing campaigns is not activated.
