The review tab exists on channel homepage, but does not show the reviews of
the channel. This commit makes the tab dynamic for homepage content and
reviews. Forum tab still redirects user to the forum page.
Layouting of course page is also improved to better match the new homepage
layouting.

Various fixes :
* better label on upload modal;
* upload always visible slide. When uploading a slide with the is_preview
checkbox checked, it does not work as in the controller we are looking
after a string when receiving a python boolean;
* switch modal buttons in slide upload modal to have a correct order;
* prevent auto scroll up. When clicking on the plus icon in drag'n'droppable
list view of a course homepage, if the user has scroll down the page he
will be automatically scroll up. This is very annoying and make some of
my colleagues grumpy;
* hide slide upload if not channel.can_upload. This commit hides the "+"
icon next to the channel categories if the user doesn't have the rights to
upload slides;

We add a "Uncategorized" section on top of all the categories that is
hidden for the student if it's empty.
Course publishers can drag and drop slides from and to that

Currently fullscreen widget calls a user-specific route as public user if

standard Dialog (remove global selectors, remove most of useless xml, ...).
It also adds a new slide archive route to allow channel publishers to archive
slides in sudo mode. Indeed ACLs only website_publishers can write on slide
model. In some case people without real rights may update slides.

* improve is_preview field string and help. 'Always visible' was not really
clear and self speaking. A help string is added to describe what this field
implies;
* fix slide.channel invite button for 'invite' enroll mode. While renaming
the "visibility" field to "enroll", a check was missed for the slide.channel
invite feature. This commit fixes it by properly checking for enroll instead
of visibility;

JS and its related css. Notably for fullscreen widget of eLearning. Containing

Fix route of vote widget. Set it to auth=public so that instead of a crash
we have correct popup asking to login. Better than a SessionException, which
will not be displayed.
Another fix is done to avoid having one widget for all displayed like / dislike
buttons. Each slide should have its own vote widget.

When a user join a channel, the button 'join' changed and indicates
him that he is now member, but since the page is not refreshed, he
still can not access to slides displayed on the page.

Last review should be a comment. When fetching the last message on a course
the returned message can be a system notification (like "Channel created").
This is not what we want, mostly with the feature allowing to modify the body
of a message. This commit add restriction on the domain fetch last message.
Fix default rating value on popup widget. The conversation ratio (rating 1-10
and 5 stars) was not applied everywhere. So, the number of displayed stars was
doubled. This is now fixed.

to the list of channels for which he is a member of.
In this commit we also clean a bit controller code to remove support of
category_id which makes no sense on a page displaying courses as categories

Issue: in studio, when the user click in the iframe instead of click on
an other menu (on left sidebar) the editor does not trigger blur event,
the content are not saved.

- When having multiples contracts, at least one open and one closed, we may
not be able to request a leave.
This issue is triggered if the closed contract has no end date.
The code checks if the leave you try create overlap over multiple contracts.
But if a contract has no end date and is closed, the check may never
succeed.
So if a contract has no end date and is closed we don't take it in
account.

The "comparisons" website snippet uses a list group with the class set
on a UL. In consequence, the web editor considers it as a regular list
and may try to outdent it, which is not the expected behavior with a
list group. This fix ensures that ULs with the `list-group` class cannot
be in/outdented.

A list item with text can be written as <li>text</li> or as
<li><p>text</p></li>. Issues occurred when both syntaxes need to be
merged together. Namely, the <p>text</p> was being appended to the other
list item, thereby creating a visible new line.
This addresses various bugs that occured with nested lists - including
lists that are nested with a UL within a LI (as opposed to a UL directly
within another UL).

Only the variant is using this code, so it was a bad idea to make the mixin
more complicated than it had to be.
Update the image tests to make sure this is working correctly. The test were
only testing the size of the images, now they also test the actual content.

This resolves an issue with pasting in text only mode (no HTML): the
list of nodes to paste was being modified with the `_mergeAdjacentULs`
method which is irrelevant to text nodes. Because of that, a corrupted
list of nodes was inserted into the DOM.

- When retrieving lunch orders for specific users, the search could take a
long time to be resolved.
To fix this issue we rewrote the SQL View that retrieves the
information for lunch orders.
