Requires markup every markup-using tip content as Markup. Would be a
nice occasion to migrate everything to a markup-safe markdown I think,
especially if we could migrate the translations so we don't lose them.
Descriptions which need to use markup should be explicitly marked as
such. Update examples test to check that both Markup and String
descriptions work fine.
`escFormat` had to be modified quite a bit and ended up requiring
being its own Markup-adjacent type: if the `sprintf()` result is wrapped
in a `Markup`, then what happens is we first decide to escape because
the object returned by `escFormat` only has a `toString()`, then that
blows up because `toString` returns a non-primitive object and the
regex used to implement `_.escape` is very very unhappy.
`escFormat` could return a `Markup` object but then it wouldn't be
lazy anymore which would rather miss the point.
Therefore implement `[_.escapeMethod]` on the thing, such that it
doesn't get escaped, because it's safe (ish).
Also as a result the icons probably don't need to be markup-ed. Oh
well shouldn't really matter.
The UX of the 4 main views (kanban, form, list, portal) of the project app has been globally improved.
In particular, different icons color/style were changed along with several strings, and the order of a few elements was revised to improve readability.

To prepare the rewriting of the webclient in owl, we move all
current js files of web in a legacy/ folder. This folder will
eventually be removed, as soon as each file it contains will be
converted to owl and moved to the proper place in the new file
structure.
Previously, the step produced an owl error do to the fact that
FormViewDialogComponentAdapter parent component was not ready in the
view.
This commit adds a timeout, that waits the component to be completely
rendered.

This commit adds a right panel in the project update view.
This is done by extending each View and Controller by mixins handling
the RightPanel functionnality.
In the RightPanelControllerMixin, we use the component Adapter to launch
the Owl RightPanel Component from a Legacy Controller.
This solution is based on SearchPanel and ControlPanel implementation.
In the RendererMixin we handle some styling just as it's done for the
SearchPanel.
In the ViewMixin, we add the handling of a RightSidePanel config
parameter which is passed to the Controller via params.
The Project RightPanel Component gets information about the active
project in the context through a rpc call and render the resulting data
in a owl template. This template doen't have the ambition to be generic
but only specific to this view.
Serverside, the data are collected in a dict through few methods in
order to be easily extended.
Mixins are used in kanban and list views, each time a project update
view is added, the developper will have to extend the dedicated View,
Renderer and Controller.

This commit aims to add a button in the control panel to easily display
the current project update status.
This is done by extending ControlPanel Component and template.
We must add a context value `show_project_update` to enable the
button in the breadcrumb and it's done only once; e.g. when we click to
see all project tasks of an active project.
The button redirects to a kanban list view of the project_updates.
The activity rng is modified in order to accept js_class definition.
Following commits will add behaviour to handle those updates and
milestones in the various views. See PR for further information.

This commit adds project updates in project to take in stock the current
status of the project : which task or milestone changed in the past 30
days.
The project manager is able to add a status on the project update, and
edit the description of the update. There is also a chatter in which
he/she can discuss some points with other project users.
The description is build with informations retrieved from mail tracking
values or from project.* models. Those informations are collected in a
dict and rendered in a template to ease the inheritence in further
modules needs.
Following commits will add behaviour to handle those updates and
milestones in the various views. See PR for further information.

Currently, in the kanban view of the tasks when you click on title of
the task, it will not open the task in the form view.
so in this commit, Removed click event handlers on this widget for
kanban view to ensure that the kanban 'global click' opens the clicked
record, even if the click is done on a title of task.

* List view:
- move the 'folded in kanban' field to the right of the project_ids one
- remove the description field from the list view
- make the list view editable in batch
* Form view
- rename 'stage name' into 'name'
- move the sequence field below the 'rating email template' one
- change the copy of the tooltips to: "At each stage, employees can
block tasks or mark them as ready for the next step. You can customize
here the labels for each state."
- the tags should be colored according to the project's color
- reduce the space in between the icons and the name of the states
- add some space in between the legend_done field and the description
- when creating a new mail template, set 'project.task' as model_id
of the template
* move the 'Stages' menu into below the 'Projects' one
* add the project_ids field to the kanban view
* search: rename 'Tasks Stages' into 'Name'
2) Tags(project.tags):
- configuration > tags menu: change the helper to: "Tags are perfect
for categorizing your tasks."
- add an optional list view -> only the color field should be optional
and displayed by default
- new tags should be created at the top of the list
- Also removed some of the unused(deprecated) css which are not applied
anywhere in the project.

Currently, we have reports that depict the status of a
project at a certain point in time, but we don't have any reports
representing the actual progress of the project in time.
## Details
### Burndown Chart
A burndown chart is added in the reporting menu, this chart would help users see
the evolution of the project and determine whether it is on the
right track or not.
### Stacked in line chart
Currently, we can stacked in bar chart but not in line and pie charts. Here, the stacked will be also available in the line chart for the burndown chart.
Some unit tests in JS are added to keep the stacked in line chart of the burndown chart.
### Disable the pie chart in this reporting
This chart is not useful for this reporting, thus, the button has been hidden.
### Move constants and functions in own JS file
In web module, the GraphRenderer file contains some constants and functions used in the renderer of the graph view, these constants and functions are moved in new file called graph_utils.js to easily export these.

This commit adds some unit tests in JS to check to check the line chart
for the burndown chart. If this view can be stacked as bar chart and the
stacked button is hidden only when the mode is pie chart in the graph
view.

This commit adds the "Stacked" button in the line chart and add the

- add same color for the background color when stacked

opacity of this color.
This commit takes the borderColor of each dataset and gives the same
color with opacity set to 0.4 for the background color when we want to
stack the line chart.

We want to ease user experience regarding sub task creation and
management. We thus enforce the values of subtask stage, project and
parent task. we want to remove the ability of a user to choose a
third-party subtask project different than the actual one. Also, we want
to remove the ability to make one sub task recurrent. In general, We
want to improve and strengthen the relation parent-childs for Tasks. A
sub task is dependant of its parent all along the workflow.
This commit address those needs and, especially, removes the subtask
project configuration discussed in :
- odoo/odoo@66a0e5a
- odoo/odoo@b709e22
1) With this commit we want to change the way to link a subtask with its
project for UI reasons, we want to be able to easily distinguish
subtasks that are linked to the project of their parent from subtasks
that are linked to another project. To do so, the idea is to create a
field display_project_id not required. Only relevant tasks are linked
to their project through this display_project_id, the other are linked
to their project only via project_id. As a result, domains in the
application are only based on the fact that tasks have
display_project_id. The other are simply hidden.
2) The number of subtasks is shown on kanban and list views with a
wigdet to easily render it and extend the UI.
3) The default sub-task assignee is the assignee of the parent task.
4) Task form is modified to integrate those changes.
5) Various searches on project task are restricted with a clause where
display_project_id must be not null. Except in portal, in which context
we always display all tasks and subtasks.

This commit adds two new fields in the project.task model.
The first one called 'allow_task_dependencies' is a related field to the
one project.project model. The other field called 'depend_on_ids' is a
Many2many field will contain the tasks which the current task depend on.

Purpose of this task is to improve the various modules like crm_iap_lead, hr,
hr_timesheet, product, project, web.
So in this commit done the below changes:
- timesheet: project is open in the form view insted of the quick view
- earlier the popup window notification is sticky so after this commit it will
disappear automatically after a few seconds
- product form view: 'extra prices' display as a link
- project sample data: move the helper a bit higher in mobile view
- CRM > Generate leads > industries > search more: rename 'tag name' into
'Industry'
- preferred_role_id: 'ceo' written in all caps
- employees kanban view: the chat icon aligned to the bottom of the card

Previously, in multiple modules, long names would result in an overflow of text.
With this commit long texts should appear like this: [aaaaa...] instead of
going out of their boxes.
Various views are updated, depending on which fields we wanted to prevent
from overflowing and the probability they do so.

Before this commit, the calendar view showcases tasks by deadline. Because it is a simple date field, the day/week modes don't have much value and are even confusing to the users, who expect to be able to define timeframes.
In addition, the quickcreate doesn't allow to select a project. This is problematic because it leads to "ghost" tasks.

This commit is a significant rewriting of client-side discuss, chatter,
chat window, and messaging menu using OWL. The behavior should be broadly
the same, with some slight functional changes here and there.
From a technical standpoint, the code of messaging is mainly organized in 2
main groups of modules:
- models, which are logical entities that depict the client-side state of
messaging as a whole.
- components, which are in charge of displaying information from models.
This refactoring also introduces new JS guidelines regarding folder structure
(/static) and naming rules for JS modules.

Before this commit, the only module that allows for selecting and
applying kanban column examples is the project module, for its tasks
kanban, so the message in the button to apply the example is hardcoded
as "Use This For My Project".
After this commit, the text in this button can be customized to make
this more generic, so a different module could use a different message
like "Use This For My Campaigns". If no text is specified, a generic
"Use This For My Kanban" is used instead.
