When no payment provider is active, admin users should see the 'Activate
Stripe' button on the checkout page, allowing them to configure Stripe
faster.
This commit also disables the provider 'Pay in store when picking the
product' in the demo data to improve the testing experience of the
eCommerce settings on runbot.

Changing the name of model payment.acquirer to payment.provider
and everything that it touches. It is technically incorrect to
use the term "acquirer" for systems that only provide a service
of payment.
After this commit the model payment.acquirer and all related to
it will be renamed to payment.provider.

This commit adds a `custom_mode` field to payment acquirers to allow
distinguishing the different payment modes made possible through the
`payment_custom` module: Wire Transfer, Cash on Delivery, On-site
picking. This avoids making direct references to the modules' data when
trying to figure out which acquirer is which, hence allowing duplicating
the acquirers in multi-company databases.

The module `payment_transfer` was originally meant to implement a
payment with Wire Transfer flow, which it does not exactly do since all
it does it making transactions follow the payment flow until their
`pending_msg` field's content is shown to the customer. Because of that,
other modules (`website_delivery_ups`, `website_sale_picking`) started
duplicating the base acquirer Wire Transfer to create new payment modes
such as Cash on Delivery and Pay in Store.
To better prepare for a proper dinstinction of the custom modes enabled
by other modules, this commit renames the module `payment_transfer` to
`payment_custom`.
The module `payment_transfer`'s `auto-install` key is also set to
`False` since we no longer want Wire Transfer to be the default payment
acquirer for new databases.

The present kanban view of acquirers is not the most appealing
one. It is full of useless information (e.g. "online payment") and the
combination of provider logos makes it look "old".
After this commit, the kanban view will hopefully have a "cool" and
concise look simular to the "Apps"'s kanban view.

When a record is created through xml data, its HTML fields should
receive a `type="html"` attribute, not a `type="xml"` attribute.
When important XML data with XML type instead of HTML type will have 2
differences:
- The field value will be prefixed by `<?xml version="1.0"/>`
- If the HTML contains multiple root nodes, the value will be wrapped in
a `<data/>` tag.
See `_fix_multiple_roots()` and the `xml_import` class for more details.

Allows customers to see a list of delivery carriers as shops in the website page;
A delivery carrier may now be an onsite one, which means the client comes to the corresponding store to pickup the products.
Also adds a payment acquirer based on wire transfer, for paying on site.
The customer can only pay on site if he also comes to pick the product on site
Notes :
- If a warehouse is set on a delivery carrier, the sales order will take it's address.
