Patrick Hoste cc60fcd45c [MOV] website_event(_crm)_questions: move event questions code 
This commit moves the code from website_event_questions to
website_event and from website_event_crm_questions to
website_event_crm module.

Christophe Monniez d1bd6acca0 [FIX] packaging: add missing __init__py files 
Odoo modules without `__init__.py` are not recognized as python modules
and therefore not packaged by standard tools.
