Add 'training' theme, which is absolutely not something to use to train
yourself writing themes, but actually to sell trainings, like software
trainings to learn to write themes.

Add a 'newsletter' theme that contains notably a photo of Fgi and Al, which
is probably the best motivational to use it.

Some mail themes had to be renamed to fix inconsistencies and prepare future
changes
* Newsletter -> Event
* Tech -> Blogging
* VIP -> Coupon
* Bold -> Magazine
* Solar -> Promotion
Also bump version, as new themes imply quite a bit change for this module.

Before this commit, the main image of the newsletter template had a set
width which doesn't do anything because it gets overridden by CSS, but
it confuses the conversion process.

Currently, only stable releases see their translations updated. This has
resulted in master accumulating outdated stuff for years, which can be
confusing for users testing master on runbot.
This one-shot commit resynchronizes master translations based on the
content from 16.0 and removes empty PO files (i.e. no longer containing
translations).

According to Wiktionary, French spacing is "the archaic practice (though
still current in French) of inserting a space around colons, semicolons,
question marks, and exclamation marks". This is not standard practice in
English and most languages of the world.
The purpose of this commit is to start purging the code from this typo,
as it may reflect poorly on the software for some people.

They dates from < 2027 and are quite outdated. Favour the nl
translation instead.
n_BE is not on Transifex so it was not possible to correct bad
translations.

This commit is the first step towards the addition of various SVG shapes
for the website app.
The purpose of this commit is to add the new shapes SVGs and to sort the
current shape menu into new categories.
The avoid duplicating the shapes added in mass_mailing, the 3 shapes:
- Circle
- Slanted
- Triangle (corner)
Are now in the web_editor, their existing reference in mass_mailing
template have have been changed to their new locations. To adapt to
`b1a3a3b18370ad76280726298602815769dce1c2` the paths have been changed
and a new record for `s_tech_default_image.jpg` have been created in
the new file `mass_mailing_themes/data/ir_attachment_data.xml` since
it's an image only used in themes. (Also removing `noupdate=0` from
the data element in `mass_mailing/data/ir_attachment_data.xml`
since it is the default value).
I also removed the .png and old .jpg of this image since now the shape
is applied directly on the image.
Since the shapes + their image are converted in a base64 img+svg on
save, we can move the assets of the current website shapes in use
without compatibility issue. Therefore these shapes were renamed and
moved their new folder category.
The SVG width and height of the new and previous shapes was set to
600x600 since they are mostly squarish and are going to be rendered in a
square preview in the future.
To simulate the future preview of the shape selection menu, the
`we-button img` width was set to
`$o-we-sidebar-content-field-dropdown-grid-item-height` and the
`we-button` width to `1/4` in the file `wysiwyg_snippets.scss`.
It makes the preview 60x60 and displayed in a four tiles layout.
Note :
- If later on the SVG are rendered as inline-svg rather than base64
the current IDs inside the .svg might conflict if multiple svg are
on the same page.
- The previous shapes might look a bit weird with the squarish ratio
in preview, alternatives solutions should be explored during the
implementation of the new UI.

There was a mistake on the sizing of the columns. To make room for more
social icons, the logo's column is reduced while the social
column is enlarged.

In the previous version of the mail builder, the snippets had different
styles and images according to the selected template.
Now the snippets just use the default image so there's no need for
duplicates in the templates' folders.
The snippet `two_cols` no longer exists since the new version of the
mail builder, its images have been removed.
The header snippet uses the user's company logo, not the template's
default logo. If no logo image is used in the template,
there is no need for it in the folder.
The remaining images have been renamed for more consistency, except for
logo images that are .png format; these must have custom names (not
starting with `s_default_image_xxx`, as this forces .jpg).
Part-of: odoo/odoo#95940
In previous versions of templates, all the styles were needed in every
template in `<styles id="design-element">`. This is no longer the
case and it has been cleaned up to only use the styles that differ from
the "default" ones found in the `mass_mailing_design_constants.js` file.
There was a priority problem (ex: `a.btn` inside `p` takes
`p`'s text color instead of `.btn`), this is resolved by placing the
default styling in `theme_default.css`
`theme_default.scss` contained classes that were no longer necessary or
would override styles from the builder. These have been removed from the
SCSS file and from snippets and templates where these were applied.
If the styles are needed, they should be added as inline styles.
The theme_default template was calling snippets with `t-call`
which prevented customization of the theme.
Snippets have been added in full with further customization.

This theme was using a static image which was designed in a triangle
shape but could not be edited with the `Shapes` option.
In order for the user to be able to change the shape of this image,
much like in the previous commit, a square version of the image is used
as an `original-src`, and the triangle version of it is used as `src`
in the theme.

Rationale
Due to business decisions mass mailing themes are moved to community repository.
As some other moves are planned, notably coupon or mobile UI that are coming
to community repository, this makes sense to have mailing templates along
with the mobile UI.
Having a responsive and mailing-friendly mailing is now part of community
standards.
For any questions please refer to decision makers.
