[1] introduces an issue when a response is sent to an aliased email.
In that case, it is intended that the message should be created
by the owner of the alias by [2]
Which breaks the assumption of made in the first commit, as the message
is being passively processed by fetchmail.
This causes the owner of the alias to never be notified on reponses
in cases where the message could be an alias update.
i.e. on any model where the alias applies.
Because the responses are assumed to have been authored by the owner.
As we do not actually care who creates the message records
and deciding the alias owner 'created the message' does not
actually make sense.
We make sure messages are created by odoobot even
if the message was sent to an alias address.

Simplify field management for mail / phone / sms flows. Make it working out

SPECIFICATIONS
In addition to finding the customer, sometimes we just want any partner on
a record, notably for VOIP. For that purpose we improve heuristic for
finding partner (fields or records). It introspects the model to find any
relational field towards res.partner. Note that as it is generic it does
not ensure the partner is a customer, just some partner.

RATIONALE
Simplify field management for mail / phone / sms flows. Make it working out
of the box, easier to use and tweak.
SPECIFICATIONS
Move 'mail' and 'phone_validation' helpers directly at model level, allowing
to rely on those methods in all models instead of only when inheriting from
'mail.thread' or 'mail.thread.phone'.
Those helpers are used to find primary email, phone numbers or customers in
flows involving sending emails or SMS. A default behavior exists that is
generally valid for most models. Method can then be overridden to implement
their own custom behavior.
Future commits will improve them and remove duplicated computation between
mail, phone_validation, mass_mailing and sms modules.

Follow-up of [1]
Before this commit, when a message had both subtype description and
tracking values, they were displayed horizontally instead of
vertically.
This happens because [1] set `d-flex` on `textContent`, which is
horizontal by default. This assumes there's only 1 HTML node for
actual `textContent` so that message action list could be
positioned next to 1st text content line.
However, when message has subtype description and tracking values,
there is more than 1 HTML node in `textContent` and the intended
visual is showing them in `d-block`. This `d-flex` made them display
horizontally instead of `d-block`.
This commit fixes the issue by having a single actual HTML node in
`textContent` when there's a subtype description and some tracking
values. This allows to position `textContent` parts as desired
(e.g. with `d-block`) while having position of message action list
working as intended in original template of `Message`.

The `cleanTerm` function was throwing a TypeError ("term.toLowerCase is
not a function") when the email value of a contact was falsy (like

`toLowerCase` on a non-string value.
This was particularly problematic when two contacts had the same name
and at least one of them didn't have an email.
The solution was to make `cleanTerm` consider non-sring values as
empty string, preventing the TypeError when value is `false` from
partner having no email.

Before this commit, when editing a message in chatter and
typing `@` to display mention suggestions, the list changed
position between `top` and `bottom` based on content size of
suggestion list.
This happens because by default suggestion list in composer are
positioned `top`, as most composers are at the bottom of screen,
and message to be edited are recent messages, which are usually
at the bottom of screen.
Chatter is special in that composer is at the top of the screen,
and recent messages are shown at the top of screen too. The better
position in this configuration is `bottom`.
Condition was on composer being linked to chatter thread, which is
the case when posting a message for the 1st time. While editing a
message however, the composer is linked to a message and not a
thread, therefore the condition `thread?.type === 'chatter'` was
falsy and default position `top` was chosen. Due to position being
a recommendation and placement of composer at the top of screen,
with many mentions it was displayed at `bottom`, and with few
suggestions it changed to `top`.
This commit fixes the issue by relying on the context of the
composer with `env.inChatter`, which covers all chatter used in the
displaying of chatter with composer at the top, including when
editing a message.

Since [1], switching from one record to another in a form view
would send two `/mail/messages` rpc. This is due to the
`onWillLoadRoot` hook that triggers a `MAIL:RELOAD-THREAD` event
while the thread is going to change. As a consequence, messages
are fetched for the currently active record and the one that will
be activated.
This PR fixes the issue by ensuring the thread won't change before

Before this commit, scrolling inside the messaging menu in mobile
was stuttering.
This happens because the dropdown is in full screen, and whenever
there's a scroll inside this dropdown menu, the position is
recomputed from internal `usePosition()` hook of `Dropdown`.
The repaint of recomputing this position is costly because of
using `bottom: 0` and having images in notification items that
have transparent background (e.g. chatter notifications).
This commit fixes the issue by defining the height of the messaging
menu dropdown in mobile without `bottom-0`. This drastically eases
the repainting for fixed position. `ActivityMenu` had the exact same
problem, so it is also considered in this fix.

create similar emails, that can be distinguished notably by the subject
in addition to from / to.
Partial backport of odoo/odoo@c98f259736
