These changes are made as a result of simplifying attrs and 'states' in
views.
Before applying the migration script, it is necessary to fix some views.
These views are erroneous and either work by chance or are simply
untested. We have for example wrong domains, elements used by modifiers
but not present in the view, obsolete domain operators, inherit views
not targeting the right views, xpaths using attributes as target, the
use of %(...)s in views, false attribute value types in python.

Purpose of this commit to remove `attendee_status` field
which was only usefull in one place where it can be easily
replacable and also this field contains some heavy
computation and added in calendar view which might be
cause some perfomance issues.
So, in this commit remove `attendee_status` field and its
related code and replace it be alternative which gives
desire output as before.

This commit improves multiple small details in the calendar application.
UI, UX mostly:
* some labels were confusing
* the invisible attribute were not set in popover view
* the sample data were missing
* ...

Add the possibility to stop/restart the synchronization with
Google Calendar.
Change the calendar event popover of the calendar view to
display an 'Archive' button if the event was synced at least
one.
Add some tests for the new stop/restart features.
Before this commit, links to the documentation were referenced the
previous version, 13.0, instead of the current one, 14.0.
Eventhough there is a redirection done by NGINX of a "versionless" URL
to the latest one (e.g. /documentation/user/general/auth/google.html
-> /documentation/user/14.0/general/auth/google.html as of today), the
goal is to keep links owrking for users that will still be using the
14.0 in three years (and should not endup on the 17.0 doc).

Before this commit
- If Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar are installed, there are two
'Calendar' tabs displayed on the user form view which is confusing
and they both share very similar fields.
- Also, in calendar the 'Sync with Google' and 'Sync with Microsoft'
buttons were not having the same size.
After Commit :
- Now only one 'Calendar tab is there which contains two groups, one
for 'Google Calendar' and one for 'Office 365 Calendar'.
- Top margin is added on 'Reset Account' button for both Google and
Microsoft groups for better UI.
- In calendar, 'Sync with Google' and 'Sync with Microsoft' buttons are
having the same size.
Note - The scss files are not much needed anymore and thus were removed.
Also to avoid a bridge module just for the sake of empty container,
we add it in calendar itself.

To change your Google Calendar account, the authentication tokens must be set to `False`.
But doing so leaves synchronized events in the database.
This commit adds a wizard to handle those existing events as the user wants.

This commit refactors calendar synchronization between Odoo and Google after the
main calendar application refactoring.
This refactoring takes advantage of two new features from the Google API:
- New way of synchronizing resources efficiently[1]
Incremental sync is performed repeatedly and updates Odoo with all the changes that
happened ever since the previous sync. Each time, Odoo provides the previous sync
token it obtained from Google and stores the new sync token from the response.
- Event metadata[2]
Ability to set hidden key-value pairs with an event, called extended properties.
These extended properties are used to store the related odoo event id and the Odoo
owner id (see known limitations)
Known limitations
=================
- Let A and B be two new users (no tokens available). A creates an event in Odoo and
invites B. A is the owner of the event (user_id). Now B authenticates to his Google Calendar
account and synchronizes his calendar. We cannot send the event to A's calendar since we
don't have any access to his Google Calendar. Hence the event his sent to B's calendar.
This leads to data de-synchronisation: The owner is A in Odoo but B in Google.
The "real" owner (user A) is stored in the Google event's metadata to be able to
reconcile the owner for following synchronizations.
- Let A and B be two users of Odoo and Google Calendar. And let the Google Calendar of B
be private (e.g. if A creates an event in Google Calendar and invites B, B won't see the
event in his calendar). If A creates an event in Odoo and invites B. The event is synced
to Google Calendar of A. Now B can see the event in Odoo but he can't see it in his
Google Calendar.

Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses:
Accessibility improvements forbids the use of the syntax
`<i class="fa fa-check"/> Some text`
to create a labelled icon. But, by this, some fonts are changed.
Desired behavior after PR is merged:
The old syntax can be used.
Today, Odoo is really tricky to use without seeing the screen, it must be improved to be usable.

Before that, the breadcrumb used the name of the action called to access the settings view, which sometimes did no correspond with the settings tab that was actually used.
When going to the General Settings and clicking a link generating
breadcrumbs, the breadcrumbs would not always read "General Settings".
Not sure why, but Odoo seems to takes the breadcrumb name from the last
ir.actions.act_window with the res_model being "base.config.settings".
In google_calendar: such an action was named API Configuration.
In hr_attendance: the settings wrongly inherits from base.config.settings
without renaming the model.
-> Model is renamed to attendance.config.settings like
in other modules (e.g.: sale) to avoid collision.
