Adding a div above the two buttons allows to do a xpath more readable. In the enterprise PR, a new module bridge has been added between base_geolocalize and account_avalara that hides the refresh button when the address has been validated by avalara.

SPECIFICATION
Various change for the partner view:
- Moved the activity widget to the bottom right of the kanban
- Moved the informations badge to the bottom right next to the
activity widget and made them clickable
- Change the address options order and add a small help below
- Change the 'Remove' button function from delete to remove from
the company and add a delete button to the right end.
- Correct some typo
- Add an 'Archived' ribbon to the kanban card
- Change various small things

Purpose
=======
The main definition of 'assignation' is the following:
"an appointment to meet someone in secret, typically one made by lovers"
The correct word we should be using is 'assignment':
"the allocation of someone or something as belonging to a particular group or category"
So in this commit change every iteration of the word
'assignation' to 'assignment', across all modules.

Better display of contacts, simplified contact creation, use default image
for shipping and delivery, and various fixes and improvements in the
form view.
Main impacted addons :
- account: add a bank_account_count field and stat button that replaces the
2many field
- base_vat: remove the button to check vat, as there is already a constraint
and removed and unused import
- payment: add a payment_method_count field and stat button that replaces
the 2many field
Not sure those fields should come here. However the purpose is to avoid having ot rely
on contract to display customer references / partner implementation.

[ADD] base_geolocalize, holding partner latitude, longitude and stuff necessary
for geo-localisation. This module will be used for the website, to be able to
use geo localization without having to rely on crm_partner_assign.
crm_partner_assign now contains the logic related to partner assignment and
opportunities geo localization.
