Before this commit, the `<iframe/>` element of the `s_map` snippet would
be removed from the field value if the field was sanitized.
The map would then not be displayed, obviously.
The way that `s_map` snippet work is simple:
1. The snippet is defined with a hidden `<iframe/>` element
2. The snippet options are stored as data attributes on the `<section/>`
element.
3. When those options are changed, the iframe `src` is updated and it is
shown if needed.
The fix is simple, as we already have all the data attributes available,
we just need to recreate that iframe when the snippet is started without
one. It most likely means it got deleted through the sanitization during
the save.

Instead of having a "o_we_large_input" class, now to have large widget, we can
use the generic "o_we_large" class (a future update is needing that for a non-
input widget).

Follow-up of [1]
Before this commit the map snippet had life-cycle and naming issues.
Also avoid partially reusing the color picker intended for background
images for the color filter overlay.
The height adjustment has also been removed, the standard top and
bottom padding can be adjusted to achieve a similar result.

Rationale:
The majority of cases where an ir.asset is manually declared
outside of manifest files is to specifically add a single asset file.
This means developers are specifying a single asset *path*, and not a
glob expression. In this context, it seems better to name the filepath
field `path`, and document that it can be specified with a glob
expression when (seldom) needed, rather than making the exception appear
to be the norm - possibly puzzling many developers (What's a glob and
why do I need one?)
The doc is updated as well, and some spell-checking and wording
improvements were done too.
This required some adaptations to the existing `ir.asset` declarations:

Before this commit displaying a map on the website required the use of
the Google Maps snippet which requires to configure an API key.
After this commit displaying a map on the website can also be done with
a simpler Maps snippet which requires no configuration.
