Elisabeth Dickinson 715e73b01e [IMP] mass_mailing: add padding-x option to snippets 
An extra option is added in order to have control over the paddings.
Snippets using the `px-3` class have had it replaced with inline styles
and now have the padding option in the builder.

This was initially done for the media_list snippet, but it seems it's
useful for many more snippets.

Elisabeth Dickinson 2815fe0807 [IMP] mass_mailing: remove data-snippet attribute on snippets 
We shouldn't add a data-snippet in the declaration of a snippet,
as they are meant to be drag & dropped, the editor/right panel is going
to add that for you. We generally add them when we copy paste a snippet
definition into another view directly in our sources (ie: template)

Antoine Guenet fbf58629e2 [FIX] mass_mailing: fix missing columns option of text_block snippet 
The text_block snippet has the option to add columns in website but not
in mass_mailing. This is a clear oversight that is hereby addressed.

- s_features_grid
- s_alert
- s_rating
- s_blockquote
- s_hr
- s_text_highlight
- s_coupon_code

The following snippets were removed to make way for the new:

- s_mail_block_banner
- s_mail_block_title_sub
- s_mail_block_paragraph
- s_mail_block_comparison_table
- s_mail_block_two_cols
- s_mail_block_three_cols
- s_mail_block_image_text
- s_mail_block_text_image
- s_mail_block_image
- s_mail_block_footer_separator
- s_mail_block_steps
- s_mail_block_discount2

The following standalone snippet options were added, mostly duplicated from the
website builder:

- Box
- layout_column
- SnippetMove
- snippet_options_text_align (via web_editor)
- snippet_options_width (via web_editor)
- snippet_options_block_align (via web_editor)
- BodyWidth (based on ContainerWidth but only for the mailing's body)
- minHeight
- so_snippet_addition
- so_content_addition
- sizing_x
- vAlignment

Styles and selectors were adapted to the specifics of `mass_mailing`.
