Introduce the '@mail/model' module that gathers all the stuff involved
in model definitions. This allows us to reduce the number of imports.

The model manager will now automatically add `isCausal: true` to inverse
of identifying fields. This commit implements the feature and removes
now unnecessary declarations of `isCausal: true` from the code.

The createThreadViewComponent helper was used during tests to mount
a thread view component and test it. However, this approach is not
very realistic and blocks some waiting PRs. In order to get closer
from the reality, let's mount a webClient so that the thread view
component can be mounted in its real environment.

This commit moves some handler methods from components to models,
as a step closer to having most of business code in models.
Having business code in models is desirable so that the code is much more maintainable:
easier to change and more robust code.
