Add a placeholder to beautify the UX of mail preview wizard. Field is currently
a bit hard to sport with the new UI.

Revert this fix, as it was not working as expected, and even prevent to create a partner.
Revert of following PR: #103596closesodoo/odoo#104695

When creating a recipient from composer_suggested_recipient the user
is free to modify the partner form however they want.
This can lead to them inputing data which will create a partner
that does not match the suggested partner data.
In that case the box acts as if the partner was not created.
This aims to remove the partner in such cases and warn the user.

Before this commit, when opening emoji picker for the 1st
time, content was blank for a small time.
This happens because data of emoji picker is lazy loaded
until opening of emoji picker the 1st time. The problem
is that it gives the impression that emoji picker is not
working, but it's actually loading.
This commit fixes the issue by showing a "loading..." screen
while the emoji picker is loading data.

The toggle star action view currently does not take into account the
starred state of the message, returning "Mark as Todo" unconditionally
as a title for the button.
This commit adds a check for the starred state to return an appropriate
title if the message is already starred.

``scheduled_date`` field of ``mail.mail`` is a char field since its addition
in 2015 (see odoo/odoo@364b4ba06d). As its first usage was in combination with
mail templates, a char field was used to simplify its implementation.
However this technically allows to store whatever value in that field. Using
it in a filter with a datetime argument is quite strange. A workaround is
to try to parse as much as possible the inputs, remove timezone information,
try to localize it, and have it in regular server format to enable filtering
on it.
We consider value should be set in UTC. If we have a specific timezone set
on the input we localize it to UTC. Otherwise we consider the input was done
in UTC, as all datetime fields. It is the role of the business code generating
mail.mail to either give the timezone, either already convert into UTC.
This might solve the following bug
Step to reproduce:
activate the developer mode
go to settings - technical - emails
create a new email and set the Scheduled Send Date in the future
run the scheduled action Mail: Email Queue Manager
Current behavior:
the email is sent and the action does not consider the filter
Expected behavior:
the email is not sent and will only be sent when the scheduler detects
that scheduled_date exceeds the current time.

After the refactor performed on 3fea5b213 to start using OWL, a lot of
aria attributes were lost.
ARIA attributes are required to ensure good compatibility with asistive
technologies and keyboard users.
This commit reintroduces such attributes, which include:
- `aria-label`: used for elements with title but no text
- `role`: mainly used for elements that behaves as buttons or links
- `aria-expanded`: used on buttons that toggle menus or content, e.g.
button to open attachments or followers
- And another ones like `aria-pressed`, `tabindex`, etc

Create a mail alias with non-ascii characters like 'foß', send an
email from your personal email account to that alias. The delivery fails
because Odoo SA servers don't support the SMTPUTF8 extension which is
required to parse the local-part ("display" <local-part@domain>) part of
a From header.
While external providers may create international, very weird, emails
and we should support receiving/sending emails from/to them. Our policy
is to only create very basic email addresses. That is all ASCII,
letters, digits and a limited set of punctuation characters.
Restricting what aliases can be created, we ensure no advanced extension
should be enabled on SMTP servers.
