When clicking on the publish/unpublish button in a form view, if the
user does not belong to the `base.group_website_publisher` group,
fallback to a simple toggling behavior.
Also added basic controllers on the partner model, allowing to see the public
page of a published partner (or all partners if website manager). The template
was already existing, but the controller was missing. It has been added.
[FIX] website_customer: fix the inheritance of view as the website group has been
removed in the parent view. Also added a breadcrumb fix.
Models renamings:
- crm.case.stage becomes crm.stage
- crm.case.section becomes crm.team
Model split:
crm.case.categ has been splitted into:
- crm.phonecall.tag
- crm.lead tag
- crm.claim.tag
- crm.helpdesk.tag
Models removal:
- crm.payment.mode
- crm.segmentation
- report.crm.case
Removal of the crm_profiling module
(all these refactorings have been done in order to ease new API
migrations)
This module adds in view the management of implemented by / customer references.
It is based on new fields currently defined in crm_partner_assign.
data is added by inheriting from website_customer view.

- removed already-defined res.partner fields, using dependency towards website_partner;
- fixed references/<partner_id>/ that was buggy;
- cleaned a bit references controller;
- fixed customer template that was crashing;
website_partner: added website_published onto the partner form view, to be able to
change it directly in the backend
