This commit contains the core of the new MRP. It contains a whole refactoring
of the MRP application, with improved and new features, written in new API.
Among other here are the main manufacturing workflow improvements :
- Picking type not only for pickings but also for manufacturing orders
- Properties replaced by picking type
- BoM can only be produced with its routing (no other)
- Either produce without routing with only production orders, or produce with
routing
- By default, there is an order in the work orders (serially), but you can
override it to be able to work in parallel
- Time clocking on work orders and block time on work centers with reporting
on OEE, performance, losses, ...
- Real-time adaptation of timings on operations
- Lots/serial numbers can be inputted like in the pickings on manufacturing
orders. It is also possible to input them in the work orders.
- Material availability independent of production order state (possibility to
start production when only part of it is there)
- Work sheets on work orders
- Put messages on work orders to make your workers pay attention to something
- Full traceability link to see for each produced piece of stock, the
consumed pieces, ...
- Separate scrap object (a scrap is not done based on an original move
anymore)
- Separate unbuild system (if you want to unbuild into its original
components)

To compute start and end date of a working interval this function replaced
hour in datetime object without taking into account the time zone. The start and end date
taking respectively from calendar_working_day.hour_from and calendar_working_day.hour_to are
in the time zone of the user and the datetime object are compared in UTC to avoid schedule's gap.
This is why the start and end must be converted in UTC after being replaced by these hours.
The tz_info must be removed from dates because it's forbidden to compare naive and aware dates.

Regarding _schedule_days, similar thing was done in
saas-6, @ fd5e7f2.
When the argument `days` was negative, the
returned intervals were wrong.
Regarding `get_working_intervals_of_day`,
calling this method without
`default_interval` and calendar
set crashed.
Closes#8208
code in resource and project.
This library was once used to perfom resource allocation: scheduling
tasks and things like that. However this feature cannot be accessed
through the interface since a long time.
The feature is now removed from the project code. The library has been
removed. Some code in resource used only in the project code
has also been removed, as well as a test linked to this code.
- Preserved explicit 3rd-party copyright notices
- Explicit boilerplate should not be necessary - copyright law applies
automatically in all countries thanks to Berne Convention + WTO rules,
and a reference to the applicable license is clear enough.
Unify and refactor exception handling in framework and addons.
The generic `except_osv` is now deprecated, and replaced by more specialized exception subtypes:
- `UserError` (renamed from Warning, as it conflicts with the built-in `Warning`) raised when a non-technical error occurs during a business operation. It could be a missing information in the data provided by the user, or a misconfiguration.
- `AccessError`: raised when any operation is denied because the user conducting it does not have the required access rights.
- `AccessDenied`: raised when an operation that requires authenticated access is attempted via an unauthenticated request.
- `MissingError`: raised when an operation is attempted on a record that does not exist.
- `ValidationError`: raised when an operation violates a SQL or Python constraint.
- All other exceptions are internal errors due to a system problem or bug, and raised untouched to the client-side, which should display a traceback.
All exceptions take a single message argument.
The `test_exceptions` module has been updated to showcase both new and old (deprecated) exceptions.
A great many old `except_osv` had a useless title with "Error!" or "Warning", those have been removed, as this is handled by the client-side widget that displays the messages.
This commit introduces a more consistent policy for logging errors and warnings:
- All messages that do not require administrator attention should be logged at INFO level or lower. This includes all errors that are notified to the user in a friendly manner, even for access right problems or validation errors during business operations.
- All messages that indicate a likely misconfiguration or malicious use by the users should be logged at WARNING level, as they typically require administrator attention.
- All other unhandled internal errors cannot typically be handled by the user and should be logged at ERROR or higher level, as they require immediate administrator attention.
Update views for date_to on calendars
[IMP] Will add a date_to in the calendar attendance and date_from and date_to should be applied/ check backwards also
[IMP] get_attendance_for_weekday will pass date instead of weekday
[IMP] should assign correct procurements in run
A squashed merge is required as the conversion of the apiculture branch from
bzr to git was not correctly done. The git history contains irrelevant blobs
and commits. This branch brings a lot of changes and fixes, too many to list
exhaustively.
- New orm api, objects are now used instead of ids
- Environements to encapsulates cr uid context while maintaining backward compatibility
- Field compute attribute is a new object oriented way to define function fields
- Shared browse record cache
- New onchange protocol
- Optional copy flag on fields
- Documentation update
- Dead code cleanup
- Lots of fixes
