Mansi Gandhi c5a632a2fc [IMP] link_tracker: Remove unecessary secondary menuitem 
When user click on the App 'Link Tracker' , it gives one view..
Here , there is a menu 'Link Tracker' > 'Tracked Links' , which gives
the same view, so we have to remove the submenu which is 'Tracked Links'.

Kinjal Mehta 58c4619918 [IMP] mass_mailing: no create link.tracker 
Indeed UTMs should be created from the front end, via promote.

Also fixed some mismatch in tracker views by correctlin setting the view_id in
mass_mailing and classic utm view.

Christophe Matthieu fd5361c0f7 [IMP] mass_mailing: remove depends to website. Create a website_mass_mailing bridge to add subscribe snippet into website builder. Split website_links to have link_tracker to create short and trackable URLs, and website_links to have a website layout for link_tracker and add button to share page. 2015-07-10 17:00:15 +02:00
