Since [this commit], we have a range input to select a price filter for
products. This input displays a min and max price that the visitor can
select. The problem is that the price is not formatted according to the
visitor locale. This commit fixes this issue.
Steps to reproduce the bug:
- With English as language, go to the shop page
- Go to Customize and activate filter by price
- Install French on the website
- Visit /shop in French
=> The price is not formatted according to the French locale. For
example, we can see a price of a thousand euros displayed as 1,000.00
but in French, it should be displayed as 1 000,00.

Steps:
- Go to website/shop (with price range widget enabled)
- Change the language to Arabic
Issue: the numbers on the price range widget are overflowing
Cause:
The element leftCounter's right style property is always set to 0px.
So when changing the direction it's always on the right as his position
is absolute.
Solution:
Built-in handle by Bootstrap with end-0

This commit improve the design and simplify the implementation.
Popovers have been removed and the overall integration with boostrap is
increased allowing customization with the default boostrap variables.
Variables for (multi-)range input have been exposed at "theme-level"
allowing to customize these components when creating a new theme.

Assigning a value to an element's classList is bad practice and unpredictable
behaviour. The recommended way of manipulating the classList is to use the
add(), toggle(), and remove() methods instead of direct assignment.
This commit corrects 41f7c7bc which did that multiple times.

When browsing the eCommerce part of the website, customers
should be able to filter shop products based on base sale price.
Desired behavior after PR is merged:
The filter slider can be enabled through the customize menu and it only
filters using the product's base price (for performance reason) and takes
into account currency conversions, not pricelists and discounts. It uses a
custom-built library for the range input with 2 cursors (min. price and max. price).
The slider is hidden when all products shown on the current page
(category, etc.) have the same price (or there is only one product).
A more advanced version of this implementation would enable the filtering to
take more factors into account.

Since tz is now (from 6eb4762fee) added to the client cookie,
visitor timezone can directly be set when creating the visitor, using the
request.
Jstz can be removed as even for module in ENT that used this lib,
we can get the timezone using Intl lib instead.
This will also reduce the number of request made only to get visitor's
timezone.

In order to be able to send push notifications using recipients timezone,
the visitor timezone is now stored in DB.
The visitor timezone is only updated once, when found_visitor_timezone
cannot be found in localstorage. Once the timezone is updated,
found_visitor_timezone is added to localstorage.

PR #34973
The refactoring of the wysiwyg editor and 'html' field allows us to
move some of the code that was in web_editor but only used in website or
in mass_mailing. Some parts are still in web_editor but will be
moved at a later time.
* display all lines and don't display the scroll bar into ace editor
* lazy read ace lib and add missing lib file
* use not minified version of ace lib
* Move ace lib from website to web
* Added ace widget for webclient
* XML mode for view text box
* Python mode for server action text box
* Removed web_ace_editor.xml, instead added template in base.xml itself
* Added widget=ace_editor in compute field of ir.model.fields
Note: This is a custom version of the lib which allows to
enable/disable the signature area and which introduces the
compatibility with IE + bug fix of the official version.
* select2 was linked in both backend and frontend (by web and website)
* select2-bootstrap was in website and linked only in frontend but it
is in fact needed in backend too
+ Remove useless link of the lib by other modules
This huge library handle PDF file to display them, count their pages, ... Due to its size, the lib is declared in a separated optional bundle who should be called with a 't-call-assets' only on the page it is required.
