Tejas Shahu 15a99338fb [FIX] note: correctly display chatter in note form view 
Before this commit there was an unexpected behavior of chatter in Note module
on Zoomin/Zoomout. Putting the html field memo in the sheet solves it and
chatter now properly behaves.

Related to task ID 1837177. Closes #24295.

Martin Geubelle 7afc5fd6ad [REF] *: put clickable in widget options for statusbar 
The widget statusbar was using an attribute `clickable` on the field widget
to define if the statusbar was clickable.

This attribute is in fact not a field attribute but a widget option so it
has been moved accordingly.

Note that a retro-compatibility adapation is done in the field widget.

Alexandre Kühn a87d761fdb [IMP] core: menu tip ux/ui improvement 
We would like to make the "no item found" screens more appealing.

Before this commit, it shows a small help tip in the top-left
corner of the screen, just below the "Create" button.

With this commit, these help tips have been replaced by onboarding
screens, which consist of a picture and some text below, both of which
are horizontally centered.

The texts have been slightly changed, so that they are shorter and clearer.

Mitali Patel 8f88c0336f [IMP] base: Make 'name' attribute required for 'filter' tag 
Purpose
=======

The attribute name isn't required on the <filter> tag. If not set, it can't be selected with a xpath and it can't be overwritten.

A lot of PR are coming from the community just to add a name on a filter because:
- It can't be selected with a xpath.
- It can't be used with `default_search_foo` on an action context.

Adapt kanban layouts so that the dropdown icon is now a vertical

Martin Geubelle 5241d479b2 [FIX] *: add color option on m2m_tags widgets in kanban 
There is a bit of magic in the kanban with many2many: the widget many2many_tags
is automatically set on many2many fields.

Since the previous commit, the `color_field` needs to be explicitly stated
in the options for the tags to be colored.

In kanban views where tags were previously colored, we thus have specified the
widget and the color option.

Martin Geubelle a29f7f671b [FIX] *: explicit color_field attribute for m2m_tags 
Since the previous commit, the `color_field` needs to be explicitly stated
in the options for the tags to be colored.

The previous behaviour (always read the field `color`) was leading to server
warnings if the field was not present on the comodel.

Thìs commit set the `color_field´ for every many2many_tags on fields that have
a `color` field on the comodel.

Also:
- Don't display "Active -> True" when we create a note
- Allow to create tags on the fly on a note form view

When user create a new Note or click on 'Tick' option in kanban view, remove the message 'Active->True' & 'True->False' and Make the creation of 'Tags' inline mode.

[IMP] note: 'Tags' should be created from note's form view.
