This commit makes the `dependencies` param of
`odoo.define` mandatory. It was optional and when
omitted, a regexp read the function to find the
dependencies. We can simplify it now almost all js
modules have been converted to esm.
The transpiler already adds the param for the es
modules except if the module has an alias.

DataURL returns 'data:' in Chrome for empty files which is not valid dataURLas
it expects 'data:<mimetype>;base64' . This DataURL method is used to obtain
base64 representation of the file data,. That's why the 'data' argument is
missing and error is being generated.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open Notes and create a new Note in Chrome.
2) Add a new attachment using /image command.
3) Add an empty file.
By applying this,it will return proper format for empty file.

Before this commit, the ComponentAdapter would detach its dom before
calling the on_detach callback. This is not correct (even though it is
usually ok): we want the "unmount" code to be executed while the widget
is in the DOM, not after it has been detached. It is even more
problematic if the sub widget contains itself some owl components, since
this behaviour break Owl assumption that owl components are in the DOM
before being unmounted (so, for example, since owl 2.0.9, references
are null even if component is not in the DOM, even if the component is
still mounted).
The fix is quite simple: simply do the DOM removal after calling the
callback.

Before this commit, the use of multiple <field> with the same name in a
view was not well supported.
Why was this?
Some Field components need to know information related to the <field>
such as context, domain, required and readonly. The solution used before
this commit to access this information is to use the getFieldContext,
getFieldDomain, isReadonly, isRequired functions of the model.
Unfortunately, these only take into account the last occurrence of the
<field> because the model is not aware that the same field is present
several times on the view. The information must therefore not come from
the model. For example, it was not possible to have the same field
twice with 2 different domains. It will use the domain of the last
field for both.
Solution:
We will add the object "dynamicInfo" to the fieldInfo passed to the Fields
extractProps function. This object will contain a getter to get the value
of required, readonly, domain and context for the current <field>.
If a Field needs one of its information, it will just have to get it
from extractProps.

This commit removes the legacy implementation of the form, kanban
and list views. It also removes the legacy view widget registry,
and all legacy widgets it contained. The legacy field registry
couldn't be removed yet as some fields are still used (e.g. in
client actions: FieldMany2One, FieldMany2ManyTags...), and
sometimes accessed from that registry (e.g. uom service). More
clean up will come later. Note that all tests using legacy views
have thus been removed, even though the tested feature might still
remain (e.g. FieldMany2One tests have been removed, but that field
is still there). However, those features are deprecated and
unlikely to evolve. They should be removed in the next saas, or the

This version of jQuery fixes a number of bugs in jQuery compared to
3.3.1
Some legacy list tests related to the handle widget have been skipped,
we consider this acceptable because:
- there are no remaining uses of the handle widget in a legacy list view
in the code base. The only remaining usage of the legacy list view is in
the SelectCreateDialog legacy, which is only used in our code base by
the very few legacy client actions that will be converted before v17
- the tests are only broken in enterprise, and the widget appears to
work fine in practice, suggesting a problem with the way tests drag and
drop rather than an actual problem with the code
- spending time to debug tests that will be obsolete within the next few
months and also appear to not correlate to an actual breakage of the
functionality is not worth it.

The main goal of this commit is to reduce the size of the registry by
removing the (almost) useless __last_update field.
Statistics # of fields with all modules installed:
before 30184 fields, 1299x last_update (4.30%)
Before this commit, the computed field __last_update was added on every model.
The idea behind this field was to have a computed field that had either
the write_date or the create_date if the write_date was empty. However,
the write_date is always written, even on creation, making it useless
to have the computed field __last_update
After this update, we completely remove from BaseModel:
* __last_update
* CONCURRENCY_CHECK_FIELD that was always defined as "__last_update"
* _compute_concurrency_field that was the compute function for __last_update

Before this commit, performing a search in a m2o can block your ui
despite the result already being displayed.
Why?
When you perform your search in a m2o, a set of RPC queries are made
with the different search values (name_search). If the last search value
(the one that will be used by the m2o in its autocomplete) has already
been resolved, but one of the other RPCs has still not been resolved,
then the screen will remain blocked until all the rpc's have been resolved.
Solution:
Since we are only interested in the last rpc, we will cancel all the
others. So with each new rpc, we will cancel the previous one.
How to reproduce:
- Go to a form view with a m2o field
- Edit this field +- slowly (several rpc will be done with different values)
- Receive the result of the search. (The autocomplete is displayed with
the right values)
Before this commit:
If one of the other rpc's is not yet resolved, the ui will block
until all rpc's are resolved.
After this commit:
The ui will not block.

Commit [1] broke some confirm dialogs because the confirm and cancel
callbacks are not called with the same `this` anymore. Note that [1] was
actually not forward-ported here in 16.0 but now is via this fix.
E.g.:
- Install website
- Go to the page manager (/website/pages)
- Clone a page (choose a name and confirm)
=> Crash (this.$ does not exist).
Note that this flow was quickly fixed with [2] by changing the local
code instead of fixing the root cause (this commit here actually
technically reverts that change so it keeps working). This flow was
also not broken in 16.0 as the code was rewritten differently.
The work done at [1] actually needed some more rework than that to
handle two other potential usecases:
- If the confirm dialog handlers' promises are rejected, the dialog is
not closed (rightfully, like for example allowing to fill an empty
required input)... but [1] prevented to click on the button again
forever. With the same example as above, it can be reproduced: if the
RPC to clone the page fails, I cannot retry.
- If not both confirm_callback and cancel_callback were given, [1] only
prevented to multi-click on the related button (e.g. if you click on
"Ok", a RPC which takes 10 seconds is made, you click on cancel
immediately afterwards -> the dialog is closed while it should be
prevented (and would be if cancel_callback was given, following [1])).
That may not be entirely stable to make this change though but it
seems to make sense and be better (just keeping what [1] wanted here).
Note: this adds some more tests to check all of this + some more things
that were found during development. For example: [1] relied on the fact
that callbacks returned a Promise or nothing... while developers
actually were returning random things (for no reason as no way to get
the result anyway). Adding a test for this prevents to break that in
stable (the first iteration here crashed in such cases).

Have a many2one field in a form view, and try to quick create a
record. If the name_create returns an error (e.g. ValidationError
in the model), the many2one field opens a form in a dialog (aka the
slow create). It thus properly handle the error.
However, before this commit, the error returned by the RPC was also
displayed in its own dialog (behind the form dialog).
This was due to a mistake in the Mutex, which forks the promise
returned by the registered action. When that promise was rejected,
the forked one was thus rejected as well, and it wasn't caught.
That later promise is only used to unlock the mutex, so we can
safely catch it.

The goal of this commit is to get rid of the analytic tags as they were confusing, serving tag purposes as well as distribution on analytic accounts.
Everywhere analytic tags were used as a distribution have been replaced with a new widget that will dispatch distribution on analytic accounts. If there was an analytic account field next to the tags, it has been included in the distribution.
Analytic tags that were used simply as information tags have been removed.
To fill the new widget, there are now 2 kind of rules that will help fill and prefill it.
The first are applicability: previous groups have been removed, and have by replaced by plans. Each account is required to have a plan. These plans define when they are available in the widget: a default applicability per plan and applicability lines that can specify rules following the context of the widget.
The second one are distribution models, that will replace previous default rules but follow the same principles. The accounts (and so the plans) that will be given by the distribution model can override the applicability rules from before.

Before this revision,
it wasn't possible, in the form header,
to organize buttons in nodes.
If you attempted to do so, the buttons were not appearing.
e.g. for the below form
```xml
<form>
<header>
<button name="0"/>
<button name="1"/>
<div id="special_buttons">
<button name="2"/>
<button name="3"/>
</div>
</header>
</form>
```
Before this revision, the buttons 2 and 3 were not appearing.
Adding this possibility can allow simpler inheritage,
for instance by organizing buttons in sections and then
the inherited view can add buttons directly within the right section,
using a selector targetting the section.
It also allows to restrict a button to users having 2 groups.
e.g.
```xml
<button name="action_draft" position="after">
<div groups="sale.group_auto_done_setting">
<button name="action_done" type="object" string="Lock"
states="sale"
help="If the sale is locked, you can not modify it anymore. However, you will still be able to invoice or deliver." groups="sales_team.group_sale_manager"/>
<button name="action_unlock" type="object" string="Unlock"
states="done"
groups="sales_team.group_sale_manager"/>
</div>
</button>
```
If you want to restrict the button `action_done` to users
having both `sale.group_auto_done_setting` and `sales_team.group_sale_manager`,
you cannot put both groups on the same node,
because otherwise it's an OR connection, not an AND.
`groups="sale.group_auto_done_setting,sales_team.group_sale_manager"`
means
"users has `sale.group_auto_done_setting` or `sales_team.group_sale_manager`",
not AND.
So, the only possibility to restrict a button to two groups with an AND
connection is to restrict the button to a group and nest the button
inside a block restricted to the second group.
The above example is an actual example/need from the existing code.
But, as this possibility wasn't there before this revision,
they achieved the goal by using the `groups_id` feature:
```xml
<record id="view_sales_order_auto_done_setting" model="ir.ui.view">
<field name="name">sale.order.form</field>
<field name="model">sale.order</field>
<field name="inherit_id" ref="sale.view_order_form"/>
<field name="groups_id" eval="[(4, ref('sale.group_auto_done_setting'))]"/>
<field name="arch" type="xml">
<button name="action_draft" position="after">
<button name="action_done" type="object" string="Lock"
states="sale"
help="If the sale is locked, you can not modify it anymore. However, you will still be able to invoice or deliver." groups="sales_team.group_sale_manager"/>
<button name="action_unlock" type="object" string="Unlock"
states="done"
groups="sales_team.group_sale_manager"/>
</button>
</field>
</record>
```
So they had to use an inerited view for that purpose only to restrict
the button to two groups. It's a work-around.
It is much simpler to allow to have nested buttons in the header of the
form.
