This commit is a first step towards a potential deletion of the
assets_common bundle, although that step would need more work, specs and
discussions as some layouts kinda only use the assets_common bundle
(some take the full assets_common but parts of the assets_backend one
for example).
The main goal of this commit is to have the assets_frontend bundle
directly include the "common" files we need. As a first step, this
commit only blindly duplicates them all into assets_frontend (without
removing the potentially useless ones). The goal is to have those
advantages:
- Reaching a frontend page only calls two main JS files (one normal and
one lazy-loaded) instead of 4 (two normals and two lazy-loaded). This
may help reach a better google page speed (which is becoming more and
more strict).
- The frontend CSS is built as one: the common SCSS which was using
bootstrap variables, or even Odoo-based SCSS added by mistake in
common instead of both backend and frontend is now computed with the
right bootstrap customizations. E.g. the tempusdominus datetimepickers
use bootstrap grays... after this PR, they use the right grays as
customized by the user on the website.
It was also chosen to not have a common "sub-asset" which is included in
assets_frontend. Making assets_frontend completely independent makes
sense (as it probably will for other "main" asset bundles): we can focus
on adding the files each layout needs without the need of worrying if it
impacts unrelated layouts. Sub-assets (when not strictly necessary) is
also a source of errors: extending the "main" bundle instead of the
right sub-asset it may use (like it was the case with the sub-assets of
assets_common: _assets_common_scripts and _assets_common_styles as
explained in the previous commit). So this is indeed a small drawback of
not factorizing the code for the inclusion of "common" files in bundles
but it seems more explicit and easier to maintain that way. Note that
adding "common" file is not the most common usecase anyway, apps
generally only need files in backend or frontend.
The __manifest__ declaration will also likely evolve in more and more
uses of wildcards to match entire directories. In the future, adding
"common" web-app files in both backend, frontend and other "main"
bundles could just be about one line duplicated into each bundle.

PURPOSE
Reorganize addon according to guidelines, helping finding and updating code.
SPECIFICATIONS
Correctly split data into separate files. A lot of content was put a bit
randomly in data files, leading to a hard discovery of code and features.
We also fix duplicated attachments definition, both in mass_mailing_data and
ir_attachment files. It has been merged into the attachment data file.

On mobile, header cells don't always have the space to fit in one line

When fixing a row's max-width for responsivity, we need to get the
parent table's width before manipulating it. Failure to do that caused
issues with nested table dimensions. In addition, masonry's maze of
nested tables required some extra styling in order to propagate
alignment.

The final mail to be sent will have to use a mail-safe font everywhere
so we can't allow other fonts to be applied in some elements. Because of
the way the css was declared, we still had other fonts on some elements,
like .btn. As a result, we had a different look between readonly and
edit modes.

Part-of: odoo/odoo#84513
The mail-safe font is applied to a style in <head> for emails. But the
way it was applied, <div>s were forgotten. Since most of those are
converted to tables when converting body_arch to body_html, it resulted
in visible font differences between body_arch and body_html.
Part-of: odoo/odoo#83233
The body of a mailing is saved in two fields: body_arch without
modifications, and body_html with conversion for email client
compatibility. Prior to this commit, we were showing body_html when
opening the form view of a saved mailing in readonly. This was pretty
strange and confusing as it's a sort of intermediary version that
doesn't mean much: an in-browser rendering of html that is compiled for
email clients.
With this commit, we change the view to always show body_arch instead.
A new tab is introduced in order to show body_html for debugging, which
is therefore only visible in debug mode.
Part-of: odoo/odoo#77724
This adds a series of CSS styles to the `<head>` of mailings in order to
ensure better mail client compatibility.

This commit handles 2 things:
- Clarifies why some inline style has to remain inline instead of being moved
to a separate file.
- Moves an inline modification to field_html for testing purpose to
a dedicated file.
This has been done to improve consistency in asset bundles declarations
by reducing them to the simplest possible templates.

Before this commit, the asset bundle "_assets_helpers" was the only
bundle using a "t-raw" directive to insert assets in between other asset
calls.
Now _assets_helpers only contains the assets called before the t-raw
directive, and the second part (1 file actually) has been added after
every call of the bundle.
This has been done to improve consistency in asset bundles declarations
by reducing them to the simplest possible templates.

PURPOSE
Improves various views related to the mass mailing lists to help the user to
check the "health" of its lists at a glance.
SPECS
Introduce statistic fields on mailing.list:
- Total number of contacts (replaces the previous number of valid emails)
- Number of valid email contacts
- Number of valid SMS contacts
- Number of mailings sent using the list
- Percentage (and total count) of opted-out contacts
- Percentage (and total count) of blacklisted contacts
- Percentage of contacts having at least one bounced message
The statistics are shown on the kanban and also on the form view where they are
used to quickly reach the associated mailings / contacts.
Demo data were slightly adapted to show more interesting demos on views.
On a technical point of view, the various counts of contacts are made in a
single query using CASE WHEN syntax.
We need some entry points in the query to be able to dynamically add fields and
joins in the mass_mailing_sms app, but it's better than copy/pasting multiple
times a very similar query.

This commit lays the groundwork for the new editor by adding empty files to the assets in
order to change them later on. The new editor is not stable enough to be merged right
now, but delaying it to 15.0 would be problematic as the current editor has many bugs that
we are unable to fix because of how summernote interacts with browser-dependent code as well
as all the hacks that were done on top of it for Odoo since 8.0.
PURPOSE
Improve the Email Marketing tour and onboarding to create a "wow effect" when
users test the app.
SPECIFICATIONS
Create a tour for mass_mailing to let user visit Odoo Email Marketing through
a simple mailing creation flow.
This require the following functional changes
* by default, if user chooses to contact mailing lists and there is a single
mailing list available, add it as default value for chosen list;
* create a master mailing list data containing the admin user so that he can
easily follow the tour and test the mailing application;

View rendering from javascript has recently been made to check
permissions (See commits 64d0dab0a6
through ccc98e0169). Some assets required
by the iframe editor are rendered in JS so that they can be injected
into the iframe, but their permissions had not been updated, causing a
crash when trying to create or edit a mass_mailing campaign.
This commit fixes that by adding groups="base.group_user" to the
required templates.

Since we reverted the saas-12.2 editor in favor of the 12.0 one,
we faced a dilemna regarding how the editor iframe is handled in
mass_mailing.
The 12.0 version was using a special controller to get the website
assets required for mass_mailing while the saas-12.2 version used
a completely different mechanism that was, obviously, not handled
by the 12.0 version.
We did not want to reintroduce the old controllers who were
considered to be a hack to load the assets in the mass_mailing
iframe. However, we were very cautious about changing the editor
itself to avoid introducing new bugs in the editor core of 13.0.
The approach we chose at the end, is to use the loadAsset mechanism
introduced in saas-12.2 to load the necessary assets and inject them
in the mass_mailing iframe. This did not reintroduce the controllers
nor did it require to change the code of the editor itself. However,
it required moderate changes to the wysiwyg interface.

These changes were made so that campaigns could be used in the future
