Chat always private, group always private, channel private should
disapear and be a group instead (migration needed), and other channel
always public (but they can still be further restricted with

This commit improves the button that allows to go to the backend view of
an object when you are on its corresponding page on the website. The
button is more visible and the user can see which object he is going to
edit. Note that this commit also:
- Changes the access key to translate a website page to ALT + T.
- Adds a new access key to edit an object in backend with ALT + E.
- Removes the possibility to duplicate a blog post (but this feature
will be reintroduced later for all models, generically) **.
**: Note that the duplication of blog posts actually had a mistake:
The controller to create a new blog post has been added with [1] where
it has been decided to not be a follower of the blog posts at their
creation. A new controller has been added by [2] to be able to duplicate
a blog post, to be consistent with [1], here also the user does not
become a follower of the new blog post (the copy). So far, so good.
Finally, [3] has changed the blog post creation controller so that the
user who creates the blog post is a follower of the new blog post.
Unfortunately the same change was not made for the duplicate controller,
which is a mistake. There is no reason to be a follower of the newly
created blog posts when you go through the add blog post controller but
not when you go through the duplication controller. The behaviors should
be consistent and there is no reason for there to be a difference.

Current behavior
Starred messages counter takes into account the starred messages of a private
channels even if we no longer have access to this channel. Happens with deleted
messages too.
Steps channels
- Install Discuss
- Create a Private Channel and invite Marc Demo to join it
then send him a message
- *As Marc Demo*, star the message then leave the channel
-> Starred counter still shows 1
Steps for deleted messages
- Join the private channel again
- Delete the starred message (with Mitchell Admin)
-> Starred counter still shows 1 for Marc Demo
Reasons
Starred message count is computed by a raw sql [1] which only counts partner's
occurrences without taking into account the message's state and/or the
associated channel.
Side records (stars, notifications) are not removed when emptying a message
content [2].
With changes
- It doesn't take into account messages from a private channel which we no
longer have access to by doing a search on mail.message instead of doing it
in SQL (which filters out invisible messages);
- It correctly voids side records when emptying messages;
Side effects
This somehow raises number of queries because we now check access on messages
and records. However this is necessary as bypassing ACLs means unreachable
notifications or stars.

Purpose
=======
Allow portal users to deactivate their accounts from the portal view.
After the deactivation, they are redirected to the login page, so
they can verify that they can not longer login with their credentials.
We first archived the record and remove sensitive information (password,
login, so he can not log in again with the same credentials).
After the deactivation, we blacklist the email and the phone of the
user, so we are sure that we never send him again email / SMS.
Then, we create a <res.users.deletion> to delete the user and the
partner in a CRON because this operation can be heavy (write_uid,
create_uid field on all models).

This commit enables tracking on vat, parent_id for the contact, because the
impact of changes of these fields are very important.
We also manually track portal status change. To avoid a costly computed
field, this is done through manually logging portal access change as a note
on the user partner's chatter.
VAT field naming is also updated to match view naming used in inherited
views.

The goal of moving it in models and making it independent of current user is to
be able to test it easily in future commits.
Part of task-2622462
Rationale
=========
Currently, mail channels have 2 modes
- They can be used like Discuss channel (chat, livechat, group)
- They can be used like a Mailing List (with the "email_send" field)
The mix of both feature in the same model causes some code complexity.
Several fields are not used in both cases (moderation related field)
and the future "Discord like" Discuss will even push the mail channel
further than the usage of the mailing list.
Because of all those reasons, we want to split the 2 mains features of
the mail channels into 2 different modules and models.
Purpose
=======
This commit remove the moderation feature of the mail channel
(email_send=True). This will be re-implemented in a separate module
in the next commit.
Do not be able to check messages in Discuss anymore because this
feature is only used to moderate the message and this feature will be
spitted in a new module "mail_group".

RATIONALE
Channel model is a mail.thread enabled model behaving strangely with followers,
notifications and discuss. Its code should however be simplified to be more
self contained and avoid unwanted side effects on other models.
SPECIFICATIONS
Purpose of this commit is to better differentiate channel members technical
model from partner members in code :
* ``channel_partner_ids``: contacts member of a channel, filtering notably
on active and checking ACLs on res.partner business model. This one
should be used whenever we deal with members of a channel at business
level;
* ``channel_last_seen_partner_ids``: memberships of a channel and technical
model. This one should be used for internal processes and members
management;
Also containing
* clean naming or API of methods managing channel members. This should
not change anything functionally as only code renaming / cleaning is
performed;
* improve performances of channel member auto subscription by aggregating
all members to add and creating them at once;
* check the use of ``mail.channel.partner`` and ``res.partner`` records
through ``channel_last_seen_partner_ids`` and ``channel_partner_ids``
Channel fields;
Functionally nothing should change with this commit. It only cleans code
in order to prepare future modifications.

A context key is added allowing to bypass user / channel synchronization
when creating users. This is used notably in tests to avoid subscribing
new test users to "general" channel created as default data.
Purpose is to avoid interferences in query-based performance tests. It also
avoids unnecessary data creation and/or update when it is not necessary
especially in tests.

When users are archived / deleted, they are still listed under the members
of a channel. This means that those users could potentially still receive
internal communications.
This commit fixes the issue by removing archived / deleted users from the
members of the private channels they were part of. However, they are not
automatically removed from the public channels.
Public channels are kepts as in most common cases public channels are
mailing list (e-mail based) and so user's partner should always receive
updates from public channels until they manually un-subscribe themselves.

The main classes of partners and users support batch creation, but
the majority of their overrides doesn't support creation in batch.
Adapting those overrides to support records creation in batch shows
great performance gains:
* On `res_partner` : 2 to 3 times faster
* On `res_users`, with the inherited `res_partner` created in batch:
up to 10 times faster.

* `res_partner` with only a name provided
* `res_users` with a name and login

A mail alias is still linked with the res.users model with 2 fields, alias_id
and alias_contact (related). It is not used anymore. We can therefore remove
those fields.
Aliases were added at 052f2ace57 . Purpose was to be able to discuss with
users directly using Odoo as a mailbox. However it was not usable and was
quickly deactivated. Aliases on res.users was removed at 029d1baf35 . It was
decided at that time to not support alias on users anymore as it was creating
more issues than adding communication facility.
This commit finally removes the unused fields. If necessary in some custom
flow they can always be added through studio.

Purpose of this commit is to allow moderation on incoming messages in
discussion channels. On some channels on which moderation is required
messages should be in a pending moderation stage. Moderators can accept
or refuse messages as well as always allow or ban messages coming from
a given set of emails.
Channels now have an option to be moderated. Moderators can be added on
channels. They have access to a specific UI in Discuss to see and take
action on messages waiting for moderation.
Concerning mail.thread message that are pending moderation are not notified.
It means nobody receives a notification about them. Moderation process calls
the notification once the message is validated.
Various features included in this commit :
* a model is added to store the decision about emails, allow or ban;
* access rights are updated so that only moderators can modify moderation
fields on message;
* specific bus notifications are send to moderated people as well as to
moderators on incoming emails as well as when a decision is taken;
* options are added on channels to send explanations to moderated emails;
* options are added on channels to write and send guidelines explaining
why and how moderation is performed;
* a reminder is send daily to moderators with remaining messages to moderate;
* discuss UI is adapted and a new channel is added below Inbox and Starred
giving access to moderation tools;
* chanenl UI is adapted allowing to moderate directly inside channels;

All-day meetings of the current day are also shown. Done meetings are not
