Nicolas Lempereur e765875700 [FIX] form_views: fix button box for new design 
Now there should be only one button box per page, and the name should be
"button_box".

Olivier Dony 0bd4545348 [LEGAL] Use global LICENSE/COPYRIGHT files, remove boilerplate text 
- Preserved explicit 3rd-party copyright notices
- Explicit boilerplate should not be necessary - copyright law applies
  automatically in all countries thanks to Berne Convention + WTO rules,
  and a reference to the applicable license is clear enough.

Jérome Maes e11ed3f01c [FIX] project : issue_ids field should contains only the open issues. Closed issues are interesting for reporting, not for today job. A issue is closed when its stage is fold. this implies changes in rating : a search is required to find issue of the current project. This may introduce performance issue in a case of big data. Jérome Maes 283868bc5f [IMP] rating, rating_project, rating_project_issue : add 'auto validation kanban state' option. This will modify the kanban state according customer feedback.
