document: default storage and root folders are not updatable
...
They shall only be constructed once, and never be updated from xml again,
because that could lead to data loss (or at least hiding it).

Document: set the storage only for the root folder

It is not needed to set the default storage for children folders, and that
would break setups where the admin has overriden that storage.
