Improve design and introducing several usability improvements:
- Removed customization of an event card, just display event title.
- Added popover, popover consist of two sections:
1) Show the title, date and time of an event. Date and time are
automatically computed according to the user timing preferences,
language and event duration. Can be hidden with hide_date/hide_time
attribute respectively.
2) Display all the fields specified inside the <calendar/> element.
fields can be specified with a widget and its options.
e.g. <field name="name" string="Custom Name" widget="char" options="{}"/>
- Show avatar in popover for filters.
- Removed hide sidebar feature.
- Increase readability using a better color selection.
- Better UI in mobile.

Consider an action with a search view defined by the arch
<search>
<filter name="gb_foo" context="{'group_by':'foo'}"/>
<filter name="gb_bar" context="{'group_by':'bar'}"/>
</search>
If the action context is
{
search_defaults_gb_foo: true,
search_defaults_gb_bar: true,
}
the two groupbys will be activated at start but not necessarily in a suitable
order.
This commit allows to specify the order in which the default groupbys should be
activated by giving them a rank. For example
{
search_defaults_gb_foo: 2,
search_defaults_gb_bar: 1,
}
leads to group first by bar then by foo.
The rank number should be chosen between 1 and 99.

Before this rev. `invisible` filters in the search view were not
considered at all.
Now the filters are still invisible from the user POV, but they are
still accesible via context and can be applied on search.

Currently, only 6 digits after decimal point is stored in database and for some currencies
it may require to have more digits after decimal precision to correctly convert rates,
like MXN -> USD currency. So, we allow maximum digits to be stored in database.
On the view side, wherever rate is editable(form or tree view), we show 12 digits
after decimal point and on list view, we truncate limit it to 6 digits.
Also, a bug is fixed for web where 'digits' attribute for float field on list view isn't considered.
Also, we have to remove a test case statement which only checks for 6 digits for a float number.

The main aim of the present refactoring is twofold:
- simplify the code that was largely complexified at the time of the
introduction of comparisons in the pivot view (Time Ranges menu),
- factorize the method expandHeader and _loadData that were too much complex.
Along the way, the pivot model structure has been simplified
and many tests have been added.
Performances in mobile mode have been improved by avoiding
unecessary operations due to useless column groupbys in that
mode.
It should now be easier to understand and modify the pivot view in future.

An implicit call to toString was made for the
groupbys values in the function used to
group records in _mockReadGroup.
Consequently, the values false and 'false' were
mixed and the corresponding records put in the
same group.
math_utils is a small library that exports two

- sections: returns an array with all

Purpose
=======
Fields `customer` and `supplier` on `res.partner`
are mostly used in domains of many2x fields.
Those domains can confuse end users because they don't
see the partner they are looking for; and it's not obvious why.
Some identified problems:
1. It can lead to duplicated partners: the user does not find
the partner, so he creates a new one.
2. The user imports supplier contacts in the Contacts app, so they
don't get the `supplier` flag. Then the user wants to make a purchase order,
and cannot find the new suppliers in the list
3. A user removes the customer flag on a prospect, because they don't think
it's a customer yet - except now they can't make a quote for that customer...
Specification
=============
Remove the two mentioned fields.
Since fields `customer` and `supplier` have been removed, all partners
are now shown in many2one dropdowns.
But in some cases, not all partners are relevant or some are more likely
to be relevant than others. e.g. when creating a PO, top suppliers have a
higher priority than other partners.
So, adapt the places where those fields were used with the new mechanism to
display the searched the partners, according to the number purchase/sales
orders they made.

Changed the way some field types are displayed.
Before this commit, column width in a list were calculated according to
a given factor (integer), determining their weight.
Now, some specific fields have an hardcoded width instead. This task
also slightly tweaks some width factors, in order to try to have a
better layout in most list views

Click on a pivot cell to display the list view of elements matching the group's domain
Go back to the pivot using breadcrumbs
Before this commit, the original search domain was not kept across those actions
After this commit, it is kept
This difference is due to the fact that before 12.2, the whole action had an env, containing the search domain
in 12.2 and afterwards, things are not done this way anymore

QWeb templates that show up in the 'qweb' key of a module's manifest
now support server side inheritance and xpath evaluation
QWeb templates that show up in the xmlDependencies of a JS widget are not
impacted at all by theses changes, as they are served through the
Werkzeug sharedMiddleware
A similar syntax than ir.ui.view has been implemented in the QWeb templates
- each template must have a root node, whatever tag works
- the root node of a template must have a t-name containing the name of the template
The name -- without the module's name -- may contain dots pretty much anywhere
Though what is recommended is only underscores in template names
- if a template is to inherit from a parent, the root node has a t-inherit directive
containing either the full name of the template it inherits from which is module_name.template_name
or the name of the template, no module name necessary, if the parent template is in the same module
- there are 2 modes of inheriting
primary: copy the behavior of the parent into the template
extension: modifies the parent in place

When the 'before' (resp. 'after') hook is defined on a QUnit module,
it is executed once, before (resp. after) the whole module is
executed. When the test suite is executed several times, tests that
failed in the previous execution are always executed first,
separately from the other tests of their module. In that case, the
'before' hook is executed directly (before the execution of the
failed test), but the 'after' hook is only executed once the whole
module has been executed. This means that a lot of other tests,
coming from other modules, can be executed in the meantime.
In calendar tests, we used the 'before' and 'after' hooks to catch
scroll events. So, when a calendar test failed, and the suite was
re-run, some tests depending on the scroll failed.
To prevent this, we use 'beforeEach' and 'afterEach' hooks instead,
as they are executed before and after each test.

such that, when a row is added to the relation, the server returns
update commands for (a subset of) the records being already in the

Before this rev., the many2many field was read independently for

Since commit 9fbb4fb, the `title` attribute is added
to list views `<td>`. The title value is given
by field utils formatting methods, according to the
field type. However, for boolean fields, the formatting
method does not return a string but a jquery element
(unless `forceString: true` is given as an option).
Hence, the displayed title is `[Object object]`.
After this commit, boolean fields do not have any title.

The rendering of field widgets is asynchronous (as it returns a
native Promise). However, the '_renderFieldWidget' method of basic
renderers is sync, and returns a fake div that will be replaced by
the widget'$el afterwards.
The form renderer sometimes needs to add classNames on the rendered
nodes (e.g. each child of an outer group as class 'o_group_col_x').
To handle this, once the field widget is ready, we copied all
attributes of the fake node to the widget's node. Unfortunately, we
were erasing the attr value (e.g. className) by the new one. As a
consequence, the className defined in the widget were lost. This
could be observed for the 'note' field in 'sale.order'.
As this was only necessary for classNames, this rev. only retrieves
the class attribute of the fake node, and adds it to the classNames
of the widget's $el.

Scenario:
We have the following models:
class A:
submodel_1_ids = fields.One2Many(B)
submodel_2_ids = fields.One2Many(B)
class B:
parent_model = fields.many2one(A)
name = fields.Char()
and the following onchange on class A:
api.onchange(submodel_1_ids)
def onchange_submodel1(self):
// add newline to second o2m
submodel_2_ids = submodel_1_ids
api.onchange(submodel_2_ids)
def onchange_submodel2(self):
do_smth
In a form view containing both o2m fields (editable="bottom" lists):
1) add a line on first o2m -> the onchange adds the same line on
the other o2m
2) add a line on the second o2m
Before this rev., the line (added in (2)) wasn't added at the bottom
of the list, and the row in edition wasn't the newly created one.
The issue occurred because we couldn't retrieve the datapoint
corresponding to the other line (the one created by the onchange on
the first o2m), and we thus created another which was put at the
end of the list. Then, the BasicModel messed up the sort of the
records because it couldn't match the virtual id of that new record
with the ones in orderedResIds.
We fixed the issue by preventing the model from creating a new
datapoint after the onchange, by using 'ref' instead of 'res_id' to
retrieve the one that already exist.

This commit merges the following models
* account.invoice and account.move
* account.invoice.line and account.move.line
* account.voucher and account.move
* account.voucher.line and account.move.line
It was the opportunity for a big cleanup of the code, so it also restructures the whole account module, its different models/fields, the tests etc. for a better world and a better code readability.
==== Rationale ====
The rationale of this huge change is that we want journal entries / invoices to be easily edited, and changes reflected in the other model. It's a HUGE feature and very strategic for the fiduciary companies. For example, changing the account of a journal entry needs to be automatically reflected on the related invoice.
The same reasoning applies to sale/purchase vouchers.
==== Changes made in features =====
When creating an invoice, you are now creating a journal entry directly.
--> The object account.invoice no longer exists.
In the same fashion when creating an invoice line, you're now adding journal items directly in the journal entry representing the invoice. If this invoice line has some tax, it may create additional journal items as well.
--> The models account.invoice.line & account.invoice.tax no longer exist
Identically, when creating a sale/purchase receipt with its lines, you are now creating a journal entry directly and there's no more usability difference between encoding a receipt or an invoice.
--> The object account.voucher no longer exists.
--> The object account.voucher.line no longer exists.
--> The whole account_voucher module no longer exists.
Positive side-effects coming from these changes are
* draft invoices/bills/sale or purchase receipts now create a draft accounting entry. Validate these objects now simply post its journal entry. That means that draft invoices/bills/sale or purchase receipt can straightforwardly be included in reporting or budgets.
* opening a journal entry in form view will now always open the correct view: if it's a sale/purchase journal entry we will have a customer invoice/vendor bill view or a sale/purchase receipt view, whatever the menu we're coming from.
* code & business logic simplification. It is also condensed in a single place instead of being partially duplicated on invoices, vouchers and journal entries.
There should be no feature loss, except the one allowing to group multiple journal items together based on the same product during the invoice validation.
==== Changes made in models =====

* account.voucher: model removed. Instead, now use account.move of type in ['out_receipt', 'in_receipt]

When e61639723d was forward-ported, there was an adapatation in 12.3
version with bbc8c9fc2 so the test pass (because of another issue where
if a line is moved after the draft line, the code tried to discard the
