We now have to manage constrast for some badge. It's why we
add 'text-dark' at some point.
Note:
Due to the backport of 'text-bg-#{theme}', we can use this to
avoid to use 'text-dark'.

Technical note: We didn't change ".app_settings_block h3" because it is used
all over the place. Instead, we've overridden the margin and padding using
bootstrap classes on that specific element.

Purpose
=======
Review the UX of the 2-factor authentication flow in order to make it more clear
and easy to use.
Specifications
==============
This commit applies multiple rewording of instructions, button, etc. Tests have
been adapted accordingly.
It also adds an 'invite to use two-factor authentication' flow that will
send an email to the selected used to redirect them their account security
settings.
- If portal is not installed yet, the user is redirected to his account security
settings in backend.
- If portal is installed, the user is redirected to /my/profile if them are
portal user. Otherwise, the redirection is still done at backend side.
As the backend view of auth_totp wizard is used at frontend side, copyclipboard
widget has to be rebuilt at frontend side (click event, style etc..).
As API key section is now displayed only on debug mode, test urls have been
adapted accordingly.

With Odoo Enterprise Edition, the license is still GNU LGPL.
A DOM id is added here to allow targeting the license link in `web_enterprise`

The refactoring of the settings in a0c34138f88c4eb5d8a86340df55bbc091c5a252
did not properly take the enterprise edition into account. In
particular, we had lost the information about the expiration date.
This commit adds that information in community as the alternative would
be to extend the widget ResConfigEdition in web_enterprise which would
imply an explicit dependency between web_enterprise and base_setup and
we would like to avoid that situation.

Purpose
=======
Currently, when we click on “Settings” on the Home Dashboard, we arrive
on a new Dashboard with several pieces of information like Installed Apps,
invite new users, or translations. Some informations are reachable in
several ways, which is not necessary.
We would like to remove this page and replace it with the General Settings
page directly. That makes more sense to the user who click on “Settings”. The
present informations will be dispatched in the menu or in the general settings
for a better usability.
Specification
=============
This commit move code from web_settings_dashboard in order to put the features
in settings directly. To do so, we choose to move code to base_setup, and create
widget on the settings form view to keep features. Concerned features are: invite
users, dev tools, odoo edition number and IAP account link.

to do so, .eo_link elements are now preceded with a long dash (em dash)
to apply this layout to other elements than .eo_link, wrap it in a span and give it the class .oe_separate-from-text

It must be done outside module 'base' because some javascript is needed,
and that introduces some dependency on module 'web_kanban'.
