Purpose of this commit is to help debugging processes involving cron triggers
by adding views and a menu in Odoo. It allows to see triggers having been
created. Menu has been added under Scheduled Actions (aka Crons), in Technical
menu.

Currently, scheduled Actions only work if you choose "Python Code" as
the action type ("Action To Do"). Other action types are not really
supported as they work "record-wise" (using active_ids) which makes no
sense for scheduled actions.
We should help users avoid surprises by hiding the "Action To Do" field
on scheduled actions, and default to "Python Code" implicitly.
Example steps to reproduce :
- go to scheduled actions > create a new action
- select "Execute several actions" as action to do
- add several actions to execute
- run this action
=> the sub-actions were not executed

Currently, to activate/deactivate records with the 'active' checkbox
user has to switch to edit mode of the form.
So the purpose of the task is to allow the user to activate/deactivate
records from the readonly mode of the form view.
In this commit, we set widget='boolean_toggle' on the 'active' field in form
view.

PURPOSE
Send SMS from server/automated actions. Indeed we can already send emails from
server actions. The goal is to have the same thing for the sms.
SPECIFICATION
Purpose of this commit is to add support of sending batch SMS through
server actions. This means sending SMS will be available also for
automated (base automation) and scheduled actions (cron).
A new type of server action is added: sms. User choose an sms.template
to use to send SMS in batch. An option allow to choose to keep archive on
selected records. If no archive is kept, a batch of sms is created. With
archive a _message_sms is performed with note subtype, allowing to have
a discuss messages with only sms customer being notified.

While cleaning the stat buttons across all modules, we
decided to move the (un)archiving from stat button to
actions in the 'Action' dropdown.

Remove the 'active' stat buttons in all views
The old tree views don't really exist anymore, this odd pseudo-flag to
dispatch between "list" and "tree" tree views has no reason to remain.
