Benjamin Vrayandqsm-odoo e41622e16e [IMP] base, *: add a field image flag on the lang model 
*: website

Add a field image flag on the lang model because when a language has
no country (like the arabic) we cannot use the country flag as a lang
flag. By default we use this new field and as fallback we use the
country image. We also add an arabic flag image in the website data.

fja-odoo 9ffd3cda87 [FIX] base: fix the burmese translation iso 
The burmese ISO 639-1 code is "my" which conflicts with the page /my
We will now use the ISO 639-3 code "mya" for the url_code.
