This commit makes the reporting courses list view simpler, which now has
following fields:
- name
- user_id
- total_views (updated string to `# Views`)
- rating_avg_stars (updated string to `Average Review`)
- total_time (displays total)
- members_count (displays total and updated string to `# Attendees`)
- members_done_count (displays total and updated string to `# Completed`)
- product_sale_revenues (added from website_sale_slides with monetary widget)
This commit also adds a 'Published' filter to course search view
which is applied by default in report action for the courses.

Purpose
=======
This commit adds a default product called "Access Course" to the
database when you have the `website_sale_slides` installed.
This commit also starts the transition for courses products
into `event ticket`-like products
Specifications
==============
This product is already created in order to help the users start to sell
their courses.
We also added a new type of product named `Courses`.
This will be used to create courses and easily work with courses products.
The commit adds the list of all the courses that the will gain access to
when he will buy the product inside of the cart and in the right column
whe it appears.
It also adds the same list when the product is inserted into a sales order.
The commit adds the choice of enroll policies in the front-end when
`website_sales_slides` is installed and of the corresponding product
if we are creating a paid course.

Purpose
=======
Improve frontend onboarding: add placeholders, improve tour, improve experience
when buying course (display what has been bought, avoid displaying buy now on
an already purchased course).
Specifications
==============
The tour of the front-end has been updated. It adds a step to enter fullscreen
mode and allow users to test it.
It updates the placeholders for the quiz creation, adding examples and hints
to ease user filling fields.
The course purchasing flow has been improved. It adds a direct link to the
purchased course(s) when the payment is done with the `sale_purchased_course`
template.
It also blocks the possibility to rebuy a course if the user is already a
member of said course by showing the buying options only if `channel.is_member`
is False. INdeed it makes no sense to display the "Buy" button when having
already bought the course.
This commit also removes the autocompletion of fields in modals.

Purpose
=======
This commit is enhancing the website_slides module.
Specifications
==============
It changes placeholders for certain fields, it changes helpers in some
of the views.
It updates some of the main views of the menus and corrects wordings
inside of them.
It activates the Graph and Pivot views for the reporting of
Courses, Reviews and Quizzes.
It cleans up some of the measures inside of the Pivot and Graph views
of each menus where it is available.
It also merges 2 models: slide.slide.link and slide.slide.resource into
slide.slide.resource with a type Selection field.
This is done in order to create a single table for the additional
resources of a Content.
It also improves the front-end of the module with minor changes.
It fixes the problem of long names inside of breadcrumbs.
It also adds a message when there is no leaderboard in /profile/users.

We clean various graph archs taking into consideration that:
- the default type of a graph is "bar".
- a bar chart is by default stacked.
- the field attributes type="row" and type="col" does not make sense for
a graph view (since its implementation was separated from the pivot
implementation a long time ago))
- the boolean attributes should now take 1 or 0 as value (but the other
values are accepted for retrocompatibility).

When a sale.order containing a slide.channel registration product is confirmed
by a person that does not have rights on slide.channel (typically a salesman),
the system will throw an error.
This commit forces the addition of members by using a sudo on the
"_action_add_members" method.
We assume that when confirming a sale.order, we want to add the members and
enable their access to the course even if the person confirming the sale.order
does not have e-learning privileges.

Currently, there are many useful pivot views on reporting models but most
of them lacks the dedicated list view. Dedicated list views will allow users
to see useful information when one directly drill down to the records from
the pivot table in odoo spreadsheet [1].
With this commit
1. we remove 'disabled_linking' attribute from the very important pivot
and graph views (see the full list on task pad);
2. we added dedicated list views for the following reporting models
- account.invoice.report
- fleet.vehicle.cost.report
- hr.timesheet.attendance.report
- purchase.report
- project.profitability.report
- report.membership
- report.pos.order
- report.project.task.user

The goal of this commit is to add a new option within the settings
to "keep the same page" when a product is added to cart.
This option is website related and the "Stay on page" behaviour
is the default one.
In this commit, the following changes have been made:
1- Tweak the method 'cart_update_json' in website_sale controller
to make it suitable for adding products to cart in the same page
(as in 'cart_update' method but without redirection).
2- Update 'WebsiteSale' widget to stay on page on addition to cart:
2.1- The '_onClickAdd' method handles click events for:
- "Add to Cart" & "Buy Now" buttons on product page.
- Optional Add to cart button on products grid.
With This change, the "Buy Now" behaviour will stay the same as before.
2.2- "Add to cart" code moved to 'website_sale.utils' to be used on other
widgets (e.g. ProductComparison).
3- The new "add to cart" scenarios should be updated to work with
'website_sale' related tours by adding a new 'goToCart' step.

* unify menus and tabs;
* better integrate sale and forum as everything is not a single layout;
* move Type under Display to have all display related options within the
same option group;

PURPOSE
When previewing a slide of type 'quiz', users are tempted to answer the
questions even if they are not member of the course yet.
This commit will allow users to answer the quiz without being a member of the
course, and offer a smart redirection to join / buy based on the enroll type
of the channel.
SPECIFICATIONS
We introduce a "CourseJoinWidget" that will handle the display and the behavior
of the "join" button based on the user (public or not) and the enroll type
(public course or based on a payment).
When the user answers questions and he's not a member yet, we store the answers
temporarily in the session object.
When he comes back on the quiz page after having completed his membership, we
fill in the quiz based on his previously entered answers and clean the session.

PURPOSE
Have user groups specific to eLearning to separate them from generic website
editors. Indeed this is a specific work area and require more than pure design
skills.
SPECIFICATIONS
Two user groups are added in this commit
* group_website_slides_officer
+ can read any course/slide
+ can create a course (will be responsible)
+ can write on its courses
+ can upload slides to the courses he is responsible
+ can publish slides to the courses he is responsible
- cannot unlink courses/slides (you should archive them)
* implies group_website_publisher in order to see the top navbar in
frontend with the publish toggle button and the new content button;
* group_website_slides_manager: has full rights
+ can read any course/slide;
+ can create a course;
+ can add slide to any courses;
+ can publish any courses/slides;
+ can unlink any courses/slides;
+ has access to reporting menu entries;
Rights for other groups are untouched for courses / slides. As a reminder
we still support responsibles being outside of eLearning groups, for example
if an employee is a teacher that handles a course:
* people in upload_group_ids of a channel can upload slides, even if they
don't belong to any eLearning group;
* people responsible of a course can upload and publish slides even if they
don't belong to any eLearning group (done through controller as they
don't have real rights on underlying models);
We choose to keep the survey rights separated from eLearning ones. Indeed
it is easy in odoo to update the imply_ids field of groups if necessary
to link survey / eLearning groups; default user template can also be updated
easily. Standard Odoo should therefore correctly separate those groups. The
only specific rights is that eLearning officers can read all surveys, allowing
to choose them for certification-based courses.

Purpose is to ease designing your courses by allowing to create and update
slide quiz directly in frontend, within the slide display.
With this commit you are able to
* add a quiz to a slide or add a question to an existing quiz;
* edit an existing question from a quiz:
* change the title of the Question;
* add, remove or update answers;
* change the right answer;
* delete an existing question;
* reorder the questions from a quiz;
* reset the quiz for the current user if he is a website designer, allowing
to test the quiz and its answers;
New frontend widgets are introduced allowing to manipulate quiz. Slide page
now supports a readonly / taking quiz mode and an edit mode for quizzes
