karma_answer value to 0 for the default Help forum thus breaks the tour.

Currently, when user open the question from helpdesk ticket and
user clicks on the back button of the forum page,
it redirects the user to the app switcher. It happens because the
back button contains the homepage URL as httprequest.referrer
does not support the fragment url with hash(#).
so this commit fixes the issue by binding the onclick event on the
back button so clicking on the back button redirects the user
to the helpdesk ticket.

Some instance options of Summernote remained in the code after replacing
Summernote with Odoo-Editor. This removes them as they effectively did
nothing.
In #67893 the image icon was removed, but it contradicts the interface
and made a feature that was working for employee less available.
Since saas-12.3, we always use the full media dialog when showing the
editor on the forum so we could not add an image with the image icon if
were not an employee.
Before saas-12.3, the original summernote image dialog was shown for
everyone but website editor that saw the full media dialog (beecause we
are using the same editor to do both things).
With this change, we always have the original dialog in the forum
message editor thanks to a new option "disableFullMediaDialog".

New solutions are being investigated in master. For the moment, it seems
better to remove Jabberwock to unlock difficult forward-port between
14.0 and 14.1/master, until we decide what to do once and for all in
a later master. We may un-revert this later but that would be way easier
than reverting Jabberwock in a few months.
This was done as safely as possible by removing any commit related to
Jabberwock, then resolving conflicts, then reforcing commits from 14.0
that were hugely adapted for 14.1/master, then forcing the whole diff
over a rebased 14.1/master. The only possible miss (other than me making
a mistake) would be commits that were not forward-ported to 14.1 thanks
to Jabberwock handling the issue on its own (I know we had such commits
in website, which I manually included in this revert, see below).

Clicking the media button failed to open the media modal. The reason was
that initializing the media modal involved triggering an RPC to fetch
attachments but that resulted in a never-resolving promise because
`trigger_up('call_service')` was never caught. That is because
`website_forum` failed to pass itself as parent of `wysiwyg` when
instantiating the editor, thus breaking the chain that should have led
to `public_root`, which listens to `'call_service'` custom events.

This is probably not ideal to move the scrolling behavior out of the
html element but this will be needed for the editor to not have a double
scrollbar on the right. This is actually also useful for the scrollbar
to appear under the purple odoo menu instead of its right.
This commit, if to be reverted in the future, however contains many
improvements to make the transition easier that should be kept: jQuery
and Odoo functions to be able to scrollTo a specific element, get the
top scrollable element, check if an element is scrollable, etc. Also,
some magic was done: if some code tries to scroll to a specific scroll
position via jQuery's scrollTop or animate functions on the html/body
element, those will still work as intended (obviously, using the new
utils to do that is however recommended).
This commit also reviews our scroll behaviors to make them more robust
and share the code.

This commit adds new features and corrects some others in the frontend
of website_forum app.
- In the "about" section of a forum, use the s_accordion instead
of a custom one for the first 3 elements, the last one is on a
new page accessible from a link below the accordion
- Cut the description after a specific amount of characters in the
page where all forum are listed
- In that same view, create options that show the number of post
and the last post a forum has. Create an option to render forums
in list view
- Allow the user to cancel his vote (down or up)
- Hide the answer box in the post view. Make it appear when the user
click on the "answer" button
- Use a JS public widget to validate a Post form (new, save, comment)
- Enable the modification of a forum's image from the frontend
- Hide Solved/Unsolved categories in "Discussion" forums
- Disable the possibility to add snippets to an answer
- Corrections of tours that broke after these modifications

The wysiwyg abstraction layer was introduced in saas-12.2 by
commit f2969923. Its goal was to provide an external interface
for other modules that wanted to use the editor feature such
that the editor core itself could be changed without requiring
extensive changes in the other modules.
This commit is adapting the wysiwyg interface to instantiate
the 12.0 editor below it rather than the saas-12.2 one, thus
reverting the "new editor" part of f2969923 itself.
