This test was raising an assert error if the DB has other websites than the
data/demo ones.
As we have a new module in Odoo 13.0 (https://github.com/odoo/design-themes/pull/178)
which is creating 25 websites, and since the design-themes runbot is now
running tests, we were having a red design-themes runbot.

Since b5a12b4aac the website_id was not set anymore.
Indeed, before this commit website_id was the field from the inherits, thus
when writing on website_id from res.user, we would write on the partner field.
But with b5a12b4aac the website_id was explicitely overrided on res.users as a
related to res.partner (its inherits) with readonly=True.
Thus, writting website_id on res.users was not working anymore.

Before this commit, the website selection was not working when a scheme or port
was encoded in the domain field. This was not obvious or natural for the user,
because the easiest way to fill it was to copy/paste the URL from the browser.
Now it works when scheme or port are encoded, it is even strongly recommended to
actually encode them if they don't take a default value because they will be
used when creating full URL to the website (typically when sending emails to
clients where a link back is necessary).
